Staff behavior is polite and welcoming. Restaurant food is also good. A buggy/cart service from the reception to the gate may be good. Also elevator/lift may be helpful for both guests and service personnel."

There were plenty of engaging activities that kept us entertained throughout our stay, making it perfect for both relaxation and fun. The spa experience was especially rejuvenating and added a special touch to our trip. A special mention goes to Swetha, whose kindness and exceptional hospitality made our experience even more delightful. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that we would highly recommend."

"Better avoid this hotel. 1 star — Would not recommend Stayed here for 2 nights and honestly regret it. Location: Poor. It’s tucked away down a dead-end road with nothing walkable nearby.Tiny and suffocating. AC or fans were absent, windows don’t open, and the air felt stale within minutes of closing the door. No fresh air, no space to move. Felt more like a storage closet than a room. Housekeeping: Nonexistent. Towels weren’t changed, trash wasn’t emptied, and the bed wasn’t made after day. Staff: Unprofessional and indifferent. Food was the worst part..very limited spread and everything tasted to be bland reheated and tasteless. Staff were inefficient in providing basic dosa or omelette in breakfast."
