Poor room

Location is good so also food. But no lift service from g/floor, stressful for sr. Citizens. Besides, we had a teribble experience at the time of check-out, when our members were detained at the reception and was alleged of broken stool at dressing table. In fact, the said stool in room no, 312 was never used. It is apparent that the stool was already broken and was not attended to change or repair. It was very unfortunate that they tried to level l the charge on the visitors who were over 65 years' old. However, the manager took a stock of the situation and let us leave the hotel. We never experienced such humiliation.

a very happy stay at hotel preethi palace, ooty. the room was very neat and clean. the staff is very friendly. the room is in a prime location, so it is easy to access and all places like the bus stand and restaurants are nearby. you can find taxis and auto stands nearby. overall, if you want a peaceful stay in ooty at an affordable cost hotel preethi palace is recommended!

In hotel wifi was not working properly after complaint also didn't responded or resolved the issue. Important thing is there no lift for upto 2nd floor. My mother who is 60yrs old suffered alot these two days. I also think that for the ppl who online booked rooms are getting highs t floor and little less neat. Phone is not connecting to canteen or restaurant. Overall it is ok. Did not clicked

- bed sheet and mattress are very much soiled
- you have to wait 30 mins to get hot water
- room is very shady and gloomy
- toilet seat was broken only positive point was good location
