The hotel is 15 min walk from the "train station" where the train does not run now (there is a bus instead), or 5 min walk on a steep slope or stairs from a bus stop (this is also an only parking lot), which was hard for my old parents. The hotel staff are trained to be very kind for routines, but when we came back to pick up something we forgot, the staff made an obvious frown and even denied at the beginning ... I had to ask again before she finally went to check and brought us what we left behind. Food was OK relative to the similar level of hotels.

客房整潔明亮且安靜，飯店整體環境和服務人員的表現也都很好，雖然下著毛毛雨也無損寧靜和放鬆的氣氛，大浴場非常棒，戶外的部分反而因為下雨，覺得更棒了，出來休息的地方，提供了飲品和日本傳統冰棒，加上窗外的景色，提供了最佳的休息時光。晚餐十分豐盛，融合了當地特產和時令的會席料理令人驚艷，雖然因為行程關係，沒能吃到早餐，但想必也是十分美味的。
唯一美中不足的地方是透過本訂房網站訊息溝通時，回覆的速度有點慢，一直擔心沒看到訊息，希望以後回覆的速度能稍微快一點，那就再完美不過了。
