Morrisville Hotels with Airport pickup service

Unfortunately. I was given a room that was not clean. Then after he insisted it said clean in the system. (There were no sheets on the bed). He gave me another room. No smoke detector. Wires exposed hanging from ceiling. Toilet not flushed from before. Breakfast, was a waffle iron with batter to make yourself, and frozen breakfast burritos in a fridge and a miscrowave. No where to eat. Take it to your room. Wifi, not good. I did wake him up to check in. And they charge a fee for your room, to check it after, to make sure it wasn't damaged. So maybe that is the clients they get usually. The whole place needs paint, starting outside and moving inward. Went across street to another hotel next night. Paid a little more and was worth it.

My stay here was amazing. Jerry at the front desk has the biggest, friendliest, kindest attitude that reminds me that I’am no longer up North in the city. He certainly went above and beyond and left an awesome impression. Fabulous customer service. Clean rooms and great prices.

Pleasant staff and experience. The staff were kind and courteous. The chef Chris and Serenity the hostess were warm and helpful. They were helpful and welcoming. Their hot breakfast was adequate. Overall a good way to start our day. Would love to come back again.

We were traveling out of RDU to Seattle and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express the night before we left and the night we returned. When we checked in, I informed Jasmine (Front Desk) that we were booked to stay there when we returned. I told her our return date and she stated she didn’t see our reservation, so I pulled out our confirmation and that’s when we figured out I had booked our return stay at a Holiday Inn 2/10th of a mile up the road. There was a line to check in, so she said, “Let me see what I can do and I’ll give you a call.” We had booked with ParkStayFly, which allows you to park your car at the hotel while your gone on your trip, so we were anticipating that we may have to move our car early the next morning to the other hotel. Less than an hour later, Jasmine called and said that she not only got our car transferred to stay at the HIE, but that when we returned, we’d be staying at the same hotel and wouldn’t have to transfer. We were thrilled! She surely went above and beyond to make our trip much easier! When we returned (it was late, close to Midnight), we called for the shuttle (which Jasmine had kindly written the number on a sticky note for us), told the lady (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name), who we were and we needed the shuttle. Shuttle was there within 3-5 mins and when we got to the hotel, she confirmed who we were and said, here are your room keys, you’re ready to go! It was AWESOME! The hotel is very nice, beds are comfy and the free breakfast is great (lots of healthy options…which I really liked)!! Thank you Holiday Inn Express for a terrific experience! We will definitely stay here again when traveling out of RDU.

We are giving 5 stars review because the breakfast buffet is exceptional. My hubby has severe allergies. Chef Paula had a variety of safe foods - something I have never seen even at far more upscale hotels. Oatmilk for coffee, chicken sausage, oatmeal made without milk, hard boiled eggs, fruit. What a pleasure to wake after a long trip and be able to enjoy a healthy breakfast. Thank you Marriott for having such an exceptional and caring chef in your kitchen. Chef Paula made the first morning of our trip a delight.

Lindsey, thank you so so so much for helping us out with a last minute hotel after our flight was cancelled. Even a curtesy shuttle back and forth. The hotel was very clean and everything was perfect!!! The location was very close to the airport as well. You were an angel to us, Lindsey!!!!
