I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Sugar during breakfast, and I can honestly say he made every morning so much better. His energy is always positive, and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. What really stands out is how genuine he is , he doesn’t just do his job, he creates a welcoming and uplifting experience. Seeing him each day truly made my mornings brighter. If you get the chance to be served by Sugar, you’re in great hands.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I chose this location specifically for a relaxing stay with my son, but unfortunately, it was far from that. The pool was dirty and clearly not well-maintained—and to make matters worse, we saw a snake in the pool, which was extremely alarming and unacceptable. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and overall safety of the property. Additionally, my key card stopped working twice during our stay, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, this experience did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, or service. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families looking to relax and enjoy the amenities.

Clean rooms but I specifically booked this hotel because they had an indoor pool and the pool was disgusting.

Richard was a fantastic shuttle driver; he was so helpful and showed us around the area. Great worker for the hotel!
