La struttura è in posizione centrale nel piccolo, ma carinissimo, paese di Monguelfo, a 5 min. a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, dallo splendido parco e da tutti i servizi che il paese offre: supermercati (Coop, Despar ed Eurospin vicinissimi), panifici, farmacia, distributore, bar, negozi... Utilizzando la card per i mezzi potete dimenticare l'auto e spostarvi ovunque comodamente con treni e autobus. Escluso dai transfer gratuiti, a pagamento prenotando online è possibile raggiungere dalla stazione in pullman il lago di Braies. Gratuitamente compreso con la Mobil card invece andata e ritorno in pullman verso l'altopiano di Prato Piazza. Tornando all'hotel, offre la cortesia di tutto il personale (di una disponibilità unica le cameriere, grazie!) e l'impeccabile pulizia in ogni ambiente. Molto varia la colazione fra dolce e salato. Servizio rapido a cena con un'ottima cucina, soggiornando con trattamento di mezza pensione, da non sottovalutare la possibilità di poter sostituire dei piatti dal menù con altri 'classici' non in elenco, per la cena del giorno dopo, se quelli proposti non sono di nostro gradimento per un motivo o per l'altro. Varierei maggiormente il buffet ampliandolo anche ad altri antipasti che non siano prettamente verdure. Stratosferici i dolci... fortunatamente in montagna si cammina molto!! Ottimi anche i vini. Per quanto riguarda l'acquisto dell'acqua, (ovunque la nota dolente) offrirei gratuitamente quella ottima che sgorga anche nelle numerose fontanelle sparse per il paese, la stessa che esce anche dai rubinetti. Come per l'invito a parcheggiare l'auto e a spostarsi con i mezzi, inutile dire che, senza viavai di casse d'acqua, piene e vuote, ne gioverebbe ok il portafoglio ma soprattutto l'ambiente! Ognuno dovrebbe fare il suo.. Questo sicuramente non è un addio ma un arrivederci!
