The hotel can't be that old (maybe 5 yrs) and the construction is shotty. We got an ADA compliant room which was fine however it was not s/up for a non-disabled person. No towel rods in the bathroom (you could use the grab bars) and no hook on the back of the door. The tile grout was missing making some tiles loose. The shower head was coming out of the wall. The handrail in the stairwell was coming apart. AND....after our first night the room was made up without replacing our towels which was fine as we hung them up. After the 2nd night and leaving our usual gratuity on the pillow...the GRATUITY WAS GONE, our garbage cans were emptied but nothing else! I reported it to the front desk that apologized and issued us clean towels. She said she would report it to the Housekeeping manager...we heard nothing about it. Debris remained on the floor of the hallway the entire 4 days were there. Overall, disappointing.

Didn’t like the grayness of the place. Halls were gray, carpets gray, room was gray. Not inviting at all. Other than the decor, the room was ok except the ac unit was a little noisy. Beds were comfortable and there was a nice size tv in the room my boy watched a Disney movie on Bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast was disappointing for the most part. It would of been nice if they had strawberry topping for the waffles. Yogurt was a cheap brand . Bagels weren’t replenished as was the caned fruit salad. No walnuts on the buffet or anything special. They had a shower at the pool that was nice and they did put extra towels in the room per my request. Was quite stay on this Friday night in the back of the hotel.

Worst experience I've ever had staying in a Marriott hotel. Checked in by two confused employees who felt the need to remind me that they were fully booked even though I had a reservation. She wrote the room number on the room key envelope and told me I was on the 3rd floor and they had breakfast in the morning. She did not verbally tell me my room number or where the elevators were. No big deal tho because as I stated, I saw her write it on the room key envelope. What was a big deal was they had no wifi this night so we could not stream movies in my room. I called down to the front desk and was pretty much told I'm SOL (S*** OUT OF LUCK). They stated they had a wifi issue earlier in the day and had someone going around to the rooms without service to fix them, but he was now gone so there was nothing they could do. That was it..No solution, no help, no care. I got this room specifically to get my fiance away from the kids and binge netflix shows, now my main purpose for doing this isn't even available. You would think this was something they would give you heads up on at CHECK IN. But let me continue, there was a group of people outside under our window loudly talking and drinking well past 2AM. Along with stomping and running from the kids that were clearly just above us. So not having a TV or streaming capability was really an issue as we couldn't sleep in the loud room. Oh yeah I didn't mention not only was the wifi not working, we had one tv that just turned on at 1am while we were laying in the bed and would not turn off. The other tv would respond to the remote but would only loop the Marriott Bonvoy advertisement, no other channels available. I took a chance on Fairfield By Marriott because it's only two years old but I would NEVER come here again due to the service. Full charge without full amenities. REFUND REQUESTED
