A bunch of junkies live here for free and they want to charge homeless people with kids an arm and a leg. The rooms were ok, but dirty so cleaned it myself. Junkies yelling at all hours of the night and a cop has to sit outside most of the time it's so bad.

This is the worst place we have ever stayed!!!! We booked online because of the great photos and reasonable price. None of it was the true!! No pool! Been closed for over 3 years, can’t go in the lobby! Doors don’t work, had to pay and sign thru a little disgusting window on the outside of the lobby. No breakfast, and after seeing the property we would not have eaten anyways! Rooms were horrible, foam mattress with a big hole in the center. Screens were tore on all the windows. The so called jacuzzi tub was filthy and disgusting!! We drove to Walmart and bought a set of sheets to sleep on!! I only gave it a one star because you can’t rate it any lower!! Looked like plenty of homeless people on the property, other rooms were noisy until after 1 in the morning!! Definitely a zero rating for this property!! The online booking agencies should review all properties that they represent!!!

Windemere was a fantastic surprise. The suites in the very back are amazing! Huge rooms with a back patio and a kitchen! Fridge, stove, sink and microwave, a walk in closet, vanity sink with a huge mirror, the bathroom with the vanity sink and another huge mirror and the shower was great. Plenty of room for 2. Yes 3 sinks! Very clean. The white vanities with white glitter granite counter tops sparkle clean beauty. The giant sliding glass door to the patio is floor to ceiling windows. It's fabulous. And I was able to bring my dogs. They had so much room to bounce and play. Felt like I was in a house not a hotel. Price was great too. The hotel is set up so different then any hotel I've ever been to. Trust me you will enjoy your stay there. I did. I had to stay at windemere again to rent one of the jacuzzi tub suites. It was also a great price. The jacuzzi tub suite was in a different section of the hotel. This section was set as a traditional hotel. This room was nice. It was decent size, larger then most. The tub was large enough for 2, 3 or maybe 4. The water was hot, the jets worked great. The tub was better then I had expected. It was so great. I was very happy I rented it for 2 days. If I didn't have to eat and sleep I would've stayed in the jacuzzi tub the entire stay. It was peaceful. It was relaxing. And it was quiet. We pushed the 2 queen beds together and had 1 huge bed for us and the dogs. They loved it!! I love this hotel. I believe everyone who stays at the windemere will enjoy there stay.

The Windermere Hotel is misrepresented by their postings on-line. It looked like an abandoned hotel and was housing the homeless. There was a crisis center on the property. Our hotel room had an old foam bed that was well worn and we ended up with back aches in the morning. The couch had a urine stain, floors were dirty which left us with dirty feet, no hot water for a shower, shower curtain was missing and the room had an unpleasant odor. This hotel should be condemned and we spent $627.68 (non-refundable) for two nights based on really nice online pictures showing the property as being well manicured with nice rooms and accommodations. It could not be further from the fact! I can’t even give the hotel a one star rating but need to create this post. In addition, the lobby has been shut down (don’t expect a free breakfast as advertised) and the pool has not been available to guests for over 3 years according to the employee who checked us in. Furthermore, the courtyard was overrun with weeds and many of the inhabitants kept staring and watching us which made us feel uncomfortable. I recommend avoiding booking a room at this hotel!

Do not book a room at this hotel. There's quite a bit of false advertising the photos show a wonderful classic hotel with putting greens lobby pool hot tub and other amenities. But none of those exist. There is no breakfast the lobby is barricaded shut for the safety of the staff, you have to do all your business through a small window at the side of the lobby. No room service calling the lobby as often time unanswered. There's no internet. The only thing it seems to work is a TV with cable with a couple hundred channels of nothing to watch. That doesn't even talk about the other guests here which oftentimes to appear to be homeless or people with mental health issues being housed here for some reason or another. This is also validated by often seeing a patrol car parked in the parking lot as well as some type of security near the front lobby protecting the staff. By all means do not stop here continue on to any other hotel then this one

It’s Impossible to run a effective long term Shelter in a Wide open Hotel. Okay CBI is trying , But they no idea of what really needs to Occur nor how to accomplish. Met some interesting individuals here all appeared to be homeless. Also met some overwork staff members who appeared to work for CBI. Been staying at this hotel for over two years on and off. It is what it is. But it’s definitely not a shelter. It’s the The wow wow Eastside Mesa that is. Much kudos to the city of Mesa for funding this project definitely need it. I feel safe with the police being here all the time. At least they have guns.

Ad is a scam. Lobby is closed - security window check-in. “No pool, no breakfast”sign posted. $50 “incidentals” card required (though nothing is available for purchase?) Conference center appears non-functional. Room 1 my eyes burned from the smoke and ozone treatment. Room 2 smells less but still smells 2:30 am and people and dog upstairs woke me up again (day 2). Most “guests” appear to be long term renters. Program housing? Loud car in parking lot idling and reving again (3:30 am) If it wasn’t for the non-refundable reservation I would never have stayed.

My husband and I stayed at the Windemere Hotel and Conference Center in Mesa, Arizona, Tuesday, March 22, 2022 to the tune of $188.19. It was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. From the person above us moving furniture around to going into the shower only to discover cockroaches in the shower, in the bathroom, and on the desk! We decided not to shower and were out of there by 4am. It was a thoroughly disgusting stay. With covid what it is, we thought that your hotel would be cleaned (as is advertised) and feel that that is nowhere near the case. Horrible. Disgusting. Creepy. Awful. Inhabitable.

Liked · Nothing. Room was filthy, (3) roaches in the room, ... Disgusting Disliked · Room was filthy, (3) roaches in the room, had we checked in during daylight hours, we never would have booked here. Junk cars throughout the property, people - living - at the motel. Looked like some sort of Section-8/low income housing facility. Cars in the parking lot tagged with spray paint... Floor in room was filthy. just walking from the shower to the bed caused us to have to go back and wash our feet again (see photos of wash cloths) , and then to put on shoes so as not to get our feet dirty again. Food debris on the table where the TV was. Advertised "breakfast" was not available "due to COVID" (Though we have driven down from Portland Oregon and all other lodging offered breakfast)
