The room itself wasn’t horrible, however, there was what looked like food left on one of the night stands and one of the overhead lights and 1 lamp didn’t work. The toilet was not secure so every time we went to the bathroom it was wobble and the shower head was tilted at a weird angle with little water pressure and not a lot of hot water, mostly luke warm at best. Over all it was okay.

The hotel, overall, is pretty unremarkable. Most of the security doors do not lock and can be opened without a key card, but at least one of then cannot be opened even with a key card, which ended up meaning that in order to go to the second floor, you are forced to use the elevator rather than the stairs. This is patently absurd for anyone who hates waiting for an elevator. But overall, the hotel itself is not bad. What is incredibly bad, however, is the management. The general manage of this property emailed the organizers of the baseball tournament my team was attending in the Phoenix area, accusing my players of vandalizing accessibility equipment in their (insanely tiny) pool and also putting patio furniture into the pool. GM ”Glen” cowardly attached his assistant manager's name to his accusations, I would later learn and left AGM Antonio to answer for Glen's accusations. When I called from the baseball fields between games to address the accusations, it became clear that their employee witnessed these acts at a time during which the entire team was half-an-hour away from the property and couldn't have been the ones they saw. When confronted with this information, Glen said ”I don't want to hear that anymore” and ”your parents are worse than your kids”. The basis for the stubborn sticking to the accusation was essentially the idea that we were the only baseball team staying at the hotel and therefore must have been guilty (essentially saying that I was lying about the players all being elsewhere). As proof, Glen send me screenshots of security footage of furniture in the pool and a completely separate picture of my players in the hot tub. Because the hotel does not have a lock on the pool, which is accessed from outside the venue, it turned out that teenagers (my players are all 11 and under) staying at a hotel next door were helping themselves to the pool after their actions had caused their hotel to close that venue's pool access. Fortunately, Antonio was very apologetic and reversed charges Glen had added to my party's bills to cover the alleged costs of maintenance on the equipment, because Antonio had taken the time to investigate the situation and determine we were not involved. How the lazy, rude, and utterly ignorant Glen is employed by this venue is beyond me. We were told by Glen that my group would never stay at this property again. He couldn't be more correct about that. They could offer free stays for my team annually while we participate in the baseball tournament we like to attend and I would laugh in his face. Never, ever again for us and I will go as far as to be sure that no other hotels owned by the same LLC will profit from our tourism to the area. Hopefully someday Glen will be replaced by any of his competent staff and also maybe someday I'll get to meet him to address his efforts to smear me and my families and my baseball program, all because he's too lazy to take care of his property.

The room was clean, easy to travel, and close to the restaurant supermarket. The only regret was that the room was generally soundproof. One night the room next door yelled and the TV turned on very loudly. As a result, I was already in jet lag and didn't fall asleep all night.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while on business. This hotel has to have one of the nicest staffs I’ve encountered over the last 17 years of traveling for business and pleasure. Every member of the housekeeping staff I encountered gave a “Good Morning” “Hello” “Hi!”. And it felt genuine, not forced. The front desk staff was also very friendly. One of the days I stopped by to get a water and snack from the market. The GM was helming the desk. When I gave him my room number to charge the two items to, he saw I was a lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member and said the items were on the hotel. Small but appreciative gesture for my loyalty. I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Although this hotel has a 24 hr shuttle and is close to the airport, that's about all it has going for it. The shuttle driver talked constantly from pick up to drop off at a rapid fire pace. Friendly, but over the top. There were frequently people hanging out in the lobby without masks and no request from staff to comply. Sometimes, whole groups of people such as a team or perhaps construction or fire fighters. Felt very unsafe. The elevator bell was one of the most loud and annoying I've heard anywhere. The AC was a wall type unit that made falling asleep challenging. There were several customers at the bar with no separation and clearly we're not together. We decided to sit outside on the patio and get a bit to eat. Very few options. Our sub sandwich came in about 5 min's and the bread was terribly soggy. Appears the quick delivery to our table must have been due to the food being premade and sitting in a cooler. The room was clean and the staff friendly, but I will be seeking other options on future trips.

GGuest UserEverything was fine. It's the closest hotel to the Gateway Airport. Ideal for an early flight. Very clean. Modern and cheerful decor. Employees were friendly. Only problem was that due to a wind storm, the pool was closed because it was full of dirt. Sad because it was so dang hot.
GGuest UserWe had to ask for our room to bed made up if we wanted that done or anything else that needed to be done. Clean glassware, conditioner etc that we needed which was annoying. If you book with a 3 party the kind of room you booked is not guaranteed. We had asked for a king size room. When we got here. We were told they didn’t have any. They sent us to an unmade room with two queen beds and we went back and were told oh yes, there was a king and we could have it not sure what that was all about, as far as the conditions of the hotel, they’re great but it’s just the constant having to ask for everything that was so annoying. Oh also, if you book with a third-party, you don’t get any of your Bonvoy points
EEAZELIFFI was in town for one night and it was convenient for me to stay here. The room was fine, except that a room with two beds does not leave room for a lounge chair. The pool area is attractive and large, although some repair work needs to be done on the underside of the waterfall bridge. I went for breakfast the next morning. There are basically only two choices: pancakes or eggs, which were attractively presented and the service was friendly. However, whoever designed this dining area in terms of decor was inspired by the charm and intimacy of a Greyhound bus station.
GGuest UserCELESTE, is amazing i had been having a stressful day, she made it better. Will definitely be staying here again, thanks so much celeste. Great room love the balcony and how much space there is. The bathroom is large w a big mirror definitely love that too. Overall the hotel is great
JjenwhiteMy husband and I had d a great stay. Quite and safe. Never been at a Motel 6 where it was safe and quite. Clean room and very nice staff. We will be back when we go back in that town.
Nnurse-RayRayI had to beg lady at desk for clean sheets and towels and she said she wouldn’t give them to me until I left the dirty ones in a bag outside my door! I explained to her that I had just worked all night and wasn’t going to steal their sheets and that I would bring the dirty ones down immediately if she would just give me the sheets so I could make my bed and go to sleep. She reluctantly gave them to me but was very rude. I get housekeeping has been cut back due to Covid but if I’m doing everything myself then how about helping instead of hindering? Dang! The carpet is pretty bad. People smoke all the time, there was a cigarette butt on the floor for 2 days, the ac doesn’t keep room cool and shuts off frequently as if it had met set temperature. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the location is good and the maintenance gentleman has been the nicest employee and quick to help me when my drain was clogged and fixed the card swipe on the back door plus he always smiles and waves and asked how things are going. Oh and the nt shift clerk gentleman was nice too. If my company hadn’t been paying for my stay I would have bounced out the next night.
Jjessicav1228azAt first look this hotel seems great and it's not bad there were just a few things that were unpleasant. It is in a quiet neighborhood, kind of tucked back. When we first pulled in, there was another guest pulling in behind us and he sped past us at least 45 mph, jumping the speed bumps, laughing hanging out of his window. I go into the office to check in there's no one at the desk but I hear a Ja Rule song blasting from the back so I call out ”hello” a few times. Then a young man comes to the front after 5 or so minutes, I check in, and he explains all of the rules to me. We pull to a spot closer to our room, which is on the backside of the building. There isn't parking on the backside of the building so you can't park next to your room if it's on that side. We have to park in the front and walk around, unfortunately the only walkway to get there was through the smoking area. I don't smoke, neither does my husband and we had our children with us. There were some shady looking men always hanging out in the smoking area so we constantly had to walk past them. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. AC worked great and the shower was nice and hot. We had the king bed with sleeper sofa, there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. So I went to the office to get sheets and pillows for it, there was a sign on the counter that said 'back in a few minutes'. I saw the front desk clerk through the window in the door, he was about 20 feet away talking to a man. He saw me, I waved even so he would know I am waiting on him, he continued to stand there and talk. I waited almost 15 minutes and I looked down the way again like maybe he's on his way back now, nope he picked up a bag of laundry and started walking further down the sidewalk. I was fed up waiting so I gave up, went back to my room and split up my sheets and pillows for the kids to use. One real complaint is when I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I turned on the light and TWO ROACHES!! I killed them, it was disgusting. I would have went to the office and complained but who knows if that guy would even be in there and how long I would have to wait. Not sure if we would stay here again, like it wasn't bad, we made due. The reason we were even staying here is because our youngest son is in the NICU in the hospital right down the street and it was close and convenient to the hospital to be able to visit him.
GGuest UserMEDICAL PROCEDURE BOOKING: I booked a room for myself and my daughter because I was having a procedure done on my spine and I had to stay close to the Dr to 24 hours after. I booked this particular hotel because it had free breakfast and an outdoor pool, something my daughter could.enjoy while I slept off the anesthesia. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged $200 refundable deposit, which was not communicated to me upon booking the room, the pool was closed which was not disclosed to me a the time of booking and breakfast was not being served. I was extremely upset to find out that all the reasons I booked this specific hotel was for the amenities offered. The room was clean and the mattress was the best mattress I've ever slept on in my 43 years.
