We will never come again! My husband and I have date nights here and there. Which as parents we get to take the night on the town. I was super excited because we booked with Sheraton before, and had the best time of our lives. So I instantly booked with Sheraton in McKinney. When we arrived I called the front desk, and explained that the room was extremely hot. Also that the water was cold, and the young man says he will send someone up. The gentlemen comes to the room, and says hey if it continues to be hot. In the morning inform the front desk, and they can handle the situation during check-out and apologized for the issue. Well in the morning, during check-out I explained to the supervisor, the issue. TEXAS is hot!!! The supervisor looked at me and said what would you like me to do about it? I asked what is my options, that had I known the hotel was going to be hot!!!!!! I could have to another hotel that was just as nice. She than proceeds to say the hotel is extremely old. Since the night desk did not make any notes on the room. She could not comp the room, but as a guest that is not my problem. I called someone to come to the room. That is your staff issue. so we only received $10 off. So after this bad experience!!!!!!!! I will take my family to another nice hotel, that can accommodate the guest! Make sure that guest are satisfied and to have some kind of compassion for the guest!!!! Not WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO ABOUT IT!!!! I felt under valued, especially for a nice night out, and I have to sleep in a hot room, and take a cold shower. No this is super ghetto and so unprofessional. I will never return, and find another nice hotel that will cater to there guest. Customers pays everyone bills, including the owners of the hotel and this is horrible!!!!
