October 2024 On Vacation Now Review of Laguna Beach Hotel & Spa Reviewed yesterday We are currently on vacation at the moment . The food at the buffet is great, and it is based on themes which again is great . We went to the speciality restaurant last night (Maurition) and I had fish which was amazing Capitan . They also do a food truck event at lunchtime called Tabaji again really good food. The staff are amazing and special thanks goes to Nitish for making our holiday so perfect .I went to the speciality restaurant last night at Lemon Grass it was truly amazing. This hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay so good . Special praise goes to Chloe, Ayetish at (Lemon Grass) and Nassu . There is so many people I could name but again this place is perfect and will be coming back in 2025 . Please do not listen to any negativity this place is superb. Carol & Craig room number 1007. It was just magic. The hotel is beautiful, staff are in small care. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It was the best hotel in Mauritius for us. I recommend!

This is a hotel where you can meet Chinese tourists, but there are very few Chinese people. First of all, the junior suite has a double bed and a double sofa bed, which can accommodate a family of four, but another child under 16 years old has to pay an additional 80 euros per day without an extra bed, including breakfast. The guy at the front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and courteous, and the other service staff were also very enthusiastic. Breakfast is very bad for Chinese people. It is not suitable for Chinese people than Intercontinental. Dinner is just okay and relatively rich. However, I only had dinner once in the hotel. The hotel has all the facilities that a resort should have. There are many swimming pools, but there is no exclusive swimming pool for children. This time I stayed at the two hotels of Lishi Mona and Lishi Mei'an. The style is still quite different. The sand of Mona is yellowish and very slightly. The sand on the Mei'an is slightly whiter and thinner. Be careful. The walk is still acceptable; the rooms are larger and more modern; the sea view is better for Mount Mona. Sitting in the seaside is very eye-catching. After a day, the hotel is too lazy to move. If you are chasing dolphins, it is also near the Mount Mona. The pool and meals are not as good as the US shore.

An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff. All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. Located in the southern Taihao Hotel, we stayed for three days to set a package for breakfast and dinner! First of all, the hotel environment, the overall white, people feel very comfortable, and there is a river in the hotel, in the evening there are singers singing and rowing in the bed, the scenery is pleasant, the overall environment is still very comfortable. Next, let's say that the service is not very satisfactory~ The reception service at the beginning made us sit down and drink the drink check in. It is quite good, but it will not work later. First, the extra bed was not added until the evening. Later, it was reminded for a long time before the room card was broken. It was repeated three times before it was done. The children's slippers and scissors were added to the third day when they left. The overall service feels. I can't reach it, I don't know if it is the reason for the full house! Finally, talk about hygiene. After washing the kettle in the room, there is still a lot of garbage coming out. I thought it was a problem with water quality. After drinking it for two days, I found a filter inside. The filter is full of rubbish, really too Disgusting, it seems that the kettle should be used after washing. The beachside water facilities in the hotel are free to rent, the coastline is very long, there are two large reefs on it, the water quality is good, it is still very fun. The hotel is close to the dolphins, so it’s an advantage at 8:30 in the morning!

Check in was hectic. There were so many guests checking in and waiting in such a small space. We checked in at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3.45 pm. We got to the room and found out that they upgraded us (without telling us). The upgraded room was a big suite which was very nice but it was on the ground floor. We booked a junior suite balcony which is upstairs (we prefer upstairs as more privacy and better view) we had to ask to move to the type of room that we actually booked for! (What a waste of time for everyone) the room was very beautiful and comfortable and we LOVED the balcony. We love le Morne beach the water is so clear with different shades of blue but here we find the beach to be a bit too wide so you are a bit far from the sea (we stayed at another hotel in Le morne and we found there we were closer to the see with better view of Le Morne) Plenty of available sun beds. We didn’t like the pools so didn’t go in. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the price we pay. Service was not bad but not great. Overall, it was an ok stay.
