My family and I had a great time at the Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa. Everything was on point, the room, food and activities. I would highly recommend the hotel. Great customer service. Special thanks to Mr Anil Chayetun and Mrs Sonia Duval.

Nous rentrons d'un séjour en famille de 7 nuits au Victoria Beachcomber (22 au 29 octobre). Par où commencer ? Tout d'abord notre arrivée à l'hôtel : dés votre descente de voiture vous vous sentez accueillis et mis à l'aise par le personnel de la conciergerie et de la réception. Notre chambre n'étant disponible qu'à partir de 14h et etant arrivé à 12h30 nous en avons profité pour manger au bord de la piscine. Les serveurs sont aux petits soins et adorables. Notre chambre, spacieuse, lumineuse etait superbe. La literie est très confortable et tout est propre (Merci Roy !) Nous avons eu le plaisir, ma fille de 6 ans et moi de partager un soin gommage et massage au spa de l'hotel. Bonheur absolu et detente sous les mains d'Annick et de Madhvi, mon seul regret est d'avoir eu trop de coups de soleil pour pouvoir y retourner avant notre départ. Le buffet du restaurant est varié, cela change tous les soirs. Nous avons adoré découvrir et gouter des specialites mauriciennes. Il y en a vraiment pout tous les gouts. Les serveurs sont à l'écoute et très gentils ! Et bien sur nous avons adoré déguster les cocktails du jour au bord de la piscine. Toujours servi avec le sourire. En bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Victoria et nous sommes surs d'y retourner. Merci à toute l'equipe du Victoria !

Another amazing stay at Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa - this is my second stay at the hotel for this year and I must say, this place never fails to impress me. We received a warm welcome and the staff were so friendly and attentive to our needs. The amenities were great and we had an awesome time. I highly recommend the all inclusive package which did not disappoint. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mr Anil Chayetun who was always happy to assist and to take care of our needs. Had a blast !

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Mr Selva not only made our check-in process smooth and prompt, but went the extra to secure reservations for us at La Casa restaurant on our first night. Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Jadgish made the la Casa experience even more special. Very tactful and available, serving us with genuine smiles, without rushing us through, despite we arrived at the restaurant at a late hour. The hotel’s spa was a real treat. A special shout out to Mrs. Madhvi who made it an exceptional experience by being attentive to my specific caring needs and preferences. Mr. Sornum whom we met on the beach side was also very helpful. Ayvind from the gym also added to this positive experience, with some fun table tennis games. The team from Boathouse particularly was great and attentive after my husband got injured after his water ski outing. Facilities-wise, the hotel room is a looking quite tired now, particularly at bathroom level. We have been reassured that renovation works are already underway. We will definitely be back to see that again. Final thanks to Mr Selva for his friendly service. He even surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary cake.

Premier séjour dans un hôtel beachcomber et nous ne regrettons pas. Les Chambres sont spacieuses et confortables ( rénovation récente) la cuisine est variée, le personnel aux petits soins, les massages (Sharmilla) et toute l'équipe du kids club au top.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and everything you need. Sanjeeva was especially helpful in assisting us to book a last minute taxi to explore Triolet. He really went the extra mile for us. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax and have a good time.

We stayed here for 7 nights on our honeymoon, and would highly recommend it to everyone! So many things to do in and around the resort. Food and drinks are amazing and the atmosphere at all the restaurants is wonderful. The friendly staff has gone out of their way to make sure that we are comfortable and having a great time, celebrating our honeymoon. Special thanks to Sanjeeva for assisting us! You are too kind!

Équipe au top à l’écoute comme tout les ans ambiances et convivialité au rendez vous. Journée d’Halloween et diwalie très bien organisé avec une chambre d’horreur vraiment bien réalisée un spectacle de Diwalie très beau en plus d’être un beau moment de convivialité. Je recommande !

Tout le personnel se met à votre service dès votre arrivée jusqu'à votre départ. C'était notre second séjour au Victoria et 22 ans après notre premier passage la qualité des prestations est toujours irréprochable. Bravo à toute l'équipe !👏
