The mountain view from the hotel is exceptional. But, garden view rooms don’t have a view at all. Breakfast was quite good on all days but dinner was average with food being too oily. Room service can be improved a little as the staff doesn’t refill the shampoo and body soap without reminder. The rooms had hot and cold ac, so stay would be comfortable in even harsh weather weather. Billiards table, carrom and slides are there for all age groups to enjoy. Overall, it’s a good place with good location with little things to improve.

“the hotel is good, but there are some issues. While the staff are polite and courteous, the service is slow. Electricity is another concern, as the lights fluctuated and went off for long periods during our stay. ”

It was wonderful. Location is quite accessible near to mall road. Food was delicious. Staff is very polite. Overall excellent.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had a great experience with the hotel. They have clean and hygienic rooms. Front office staff is cooperative and guide you about the places to visit. Worth staying there.

For the price i paid, the experience at rock manali by vivaan was deeply disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, malfunctioning amenities such as gym and spa is not working, created a stressful and frustrating stay. Also room allocated was not as per they mentioned which we further escalated. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider other options before booking here.
