They gave us the best hotel room with awesome view outside , Sharma ji was so nice person he is *** of his words as per his commitment who provided us everything like taxi cab, scooty with no hassle at the hotel. he provided us pickup facility also and even on the last day he dropped us at bus stop He has all things you require on Manali trip and location of hotel is at good place between of old Manali and main Manali with less crowd. Sharma ji is so down to earth, always ready for help The food was also the best and I will give 10/10 Room service 10/10 with zero disturbance. I would recommend everyone to visit here at once, would love to come again here.

Had booked The Himalayan on a friends advise and I must say it was an amazing, out of the world stay for 4 nights . Just as in the pictures it gives a real feel of staying in a castle . The rooms were quite big and beds most comfortable. Of course the view from the windows of the snow capped mountains and Manali town below was just too good to be true. The property with beautiful gardens, a pool & cottages around it made us feel so relaxed and we felt bad when our stay was about to end. The persons at the reception were most polite and helpful to all our queries about how and where to visit around Manali. Every evening they had a map for us with all places marked out for our visits the next day. Of course I must mention the breakfast spread and few meals we had for dinner, just amazing. We will definitely come back & stay here again for our next visit. Thank you The Himalayan for making our holidays special.

The hotel was close to the mall road by the gurudwara, there was no problem in finding the hotel. The tv was also not working, nor the geyser. When asked for warm water for drinking from the staff, we were not provided despite asking them twice using the intercom. Hope the staff looks into this in the future, as before us a group of guests had checked out a day before because of the inconvenience faced by them in the hotel.

Overall it was an amazing experience with foxoso. I stayed in foxoso goa also and in foxoso jaisalmer. Now i can say that they are having the best services and hospitality. Starting from the entrance, the staff was very helpful and supportive. The check in was smooth, the room which was given to me was upgraded and it was clean and spacious. I like the restaurant's ambience and food. My family enjoyed it a lot and they helped me plan a candle night dinner for me and my wife at a very nominal price. And also it is close to mall road. They also provide taxi services for sissu and other sightseeing.

This is the best place to stay in Manali on a budget. The view from the room is amazing. In-house restaurant has some amazing pahadi food and every demand was fulfilled by the staff happily. The best thing is they arranged everything for us like from bike rentals to private cab, all at reasonable cost.

GGuest UserAjay thakur on reception was very nice to us. He is very fair n polite. But the other guy who takes your food order was too aggressive and sometimes very co-operative. I think he has mood swings. On our very first day he help us to get breakfast (paratha)early for my infant who was crying. N make him comfortable. On next day he went little rude when my wife called for another paratha n when i was going for check out he again has mood swings he went aggressive n talk rudely and mr. Ajay thakur immediately takes action n told him this is not the way to talk with our guest. Kamal was very nice boy n helpious. Always helping with smile. Room was clean n washroom was clean. Mr. Ajay responded quickly whenever we need anything and at 12a. M. Midnight when i text him that we need extra blanket because weather was too cold he replied immediately and sent one more blanket. Greaser thode se aur behtar kiye ja sakte hai dikhne mein. Bake pani garm 24hrs aata hai. Overall good location to stay. Mr. Ajay thakur is very kind to us. Will recommend this hotel to others.
