It's good, hygienic is stay service and staff are too great. Food is also good in taste, presentation with budget friendly. Only need to do is curtains in the room need to be changed and have to fix on dark shades. Clothes hanger and room heater wants to place in room.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly supportive and made my stay truly enjoyable. From the moment i arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Whether it was assisting with directions, providing recommendations, or addressing any requests, their attention to detail and willingness to help stood out. They were professional, approachable, and genuinely caring, which made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room service was equally impressive. The menu offered a great variety, catering to different tastes, and the quality of the food exceeded expectations. The service was prompt and efficient, with everything delivered fresh and beautifully presented. The hotel is in walking distance from mall road towards hadimba devi temple. Service is very good, the food menu is very budget friendly and delicious too. You'll get a very amazing view from your room windows and balcony.

The stay was ok, pros are the view and a big enough room, cons are they do not provide utilities unless told to, towels are provided when they are told, room gets very cold at night and breakfast was good, dinner was ok

It was a majestic experience with great views of the mountains and valley. We were lucky to see mountain with and without snow during our stay. Staff was really nice especially joginder singh, he helped us alot
