The location is very good as well the price comparing to the other hotels. Our air conditioner was not warming enough and the staff gave us a heater to use during our stay. There is also a shuttle bus to macau peninsula for free which is supper convenient. The room was okay, cleaned. Taipa is small and the hotel is close to everything, special taipa village. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the breakfast, which is totally Chinese, didn’t even have milk. However they have a coffee machine there. For foreigners is not worth it to take the breakfast there since you will find a lot of options nearby. Summarising, it was a good experience.

There are many excellent hotels in Macau, but choosing the Four Seasons was an outstanding decision. For guests traveling by taxi, the location is unbeatable, offering not only an outdoor swimming pool and spa but also stunning views and walking access to major tourist spots.
What stood out most was the impeccable service provided by the staff. Every staff member we encountered during our 3-night, 4-day stay was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our family, including our child, had a wonderful experience. This stay has made us eager to visit Macau again, and when we do, we will definitely choose the Four Seasons.
The Regency Hotel is located in Macau's transport, shopping and entertainment hub. A short drive sees guests to Macau International Airport, downtown Macau and the ferry pier. Guests also have the option of taking a helicopter on to their next destination. Yes, a helicopter.Guestrooms in this Macau hotel come with Wi-Fi and most offer stunning views of the city. Hungry guests can choose from Western or Chinese cuisine or they can order 24 hour room service. Those who would like to socialize can head to the bar and lounge for a cocktail. For those planning events, meetings and other functions there is a banquet hall and 12 function rooms to choose from. Set amid 1 hectare (3 acres) of greenery, this Mediterranean-style hotel houses a variety of recreational facilities including a fitness center, a tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool. There is also a lotus pool, which is a great spot for relaxing with a book, and a children's play area.

A perfect swap for the over expensive hotels which of course are nice but this is a great substitute.
A cinema around the corner, a bank and a 7/11.
YOU MUST take a taxi if travelling from Gongbei port, Zhuhai. the buses are packed at all times and the taxi will be a max of 110MOP$ but it’s worth it.
The Taxi doesn’t take yuan, or weixin. Only Macao Cash, but there are many Bank Of China’s.
As a Londoner living in China on Business Macao is a lovely little stay and Regency was awesome. Looks like a five star hotel and the staff are incredible. They don’t have usb’s in all room so make sure you have a 3 point plug or adapter to charge just in case.
The location isn’t great, but even with the taxis you save money.
Very Good

This is the best hotel that I ever stayed! Nice room & great service from friendly staff! The room is modern style which is mainly electronically controlled. There are even free gifts given such as cookies, cup noodles, heated eye masks! The in-room dining is good as well! However, hope that there will be food court available in this hotel. In a nutshell, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to my friends & family!

It’s our second time to this hotel, the area is good. There’s a lot of eateries around the area even for late night suppers.
There’s a ****** just below the hotel if you feel like rolling some money.
Room is clean, we like it that there’s fresh fruits everyday for the room. This time round, we booked a room with 2 beds as we have our kids around. While the children sleeps we can go for our ****** plays instead.
Hotel staffs are also very friendly if you need assistance with transport or directions.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design made my stay not just comfortable but truly indulgent.

- Nice layout; big rooms.
- Close to the Fishermans wharf, and 15 min drive to Ruins of St Paul.
- Shuttle service offered but need to book in advance when picking up at the port instead of regular schedule, unlike other hotels.

The room was cozy and clean. Hallways are clean and smelled fresh. I love the number light at the foot of the door. The front desk staff are very helpful. I had many questions and they helped with all. The room was not noisy. I could not hear anyone in their rooms.
The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the Senado Square and about 15/ 20 minutes from the Grand Lisboa. You can take the MT4 bus from the 7eleven near the hotel to see the Venetian, Studio City and other attractions in that area.
If you get to the hotel before check in time, you can store your bags and go tour around until it’s time.

Outstanding
885tataruCheck in was fast with friendly service staffs , free daily mini bar with welcome fruit platter, chocolate and a bottle of ref wine are a nice touch. Luxury Hermes toiletries to pamper yourself with a good bath. A pity the resort deck is closed for maintenance during this time until March 2024 but there is an small indoor pool with jacuzzi on the 29 floor. Location is great within walkable distance to the food street nearby and the Light rail station. An enjoyable stay during this trip .
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
AAnonymous UserCheck in process fast but we think the deposit is a little too much (2000 mop). The amenities is good. All working, except for the electric kettle haha but nothing exag.
Staff are good! Filipinos the best! We requested for water, in a matter of minutes here he comes. Very fast!
We'll definitely booked again!! Swimming pool is great!
AAnonymous UserWife and I were in Macau for a short break from looking after our kid. We were quite impressed with the location as it's not far from attractions and shopping areas such as the Ruins of St Paul. Really enjoyed its breakfast buffet with quite a lot of French selections quite fitting for a Sofitel. We also enjoyed an excellent harbour view with the peaceful Wanzai Residential District across the border in the background. Only disadvantage would probably be its ferry pier shuttle bus service that runs at 1hr intervals. If you miss a ride, you would need to use another casino's such as the Grand Lisboa, that can be reached by walking along a ”major” road.
HHYUNDAI MELAKA PREMIUMI can say is the best hotel to stay in Macau city. The price and location of the hotel is the best after Covid19. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND tourists to stay in Macau city.
PPhilipMy first gripe is actually with Trip.com - we needed to book one room with a single bed and another with two separate beds, but Trip.com DOES NOT allow booking different room types in the same booking - they have to be made under separate reserverations.
We proceeded with booking two single bed rooms hoping that we can amend our booking or ask the hotel to change the second room (since the price is similar) after we made the reservation - but the hotel requested a $500 fee to change to two beds, which is WAY WAY more than the difference between the actual room rates (between single and double) as listed on Trip.com. At least the staff offered to set up the sofa bed free of charge so they gained back some brownie points there.
Location is a little ways out (everything is a bit too far to walk but very close by car or bus), so we had to take the taxi to go anywhere. The larger hotel casinos (MGM, ********, Galaxy...etc.) would have free shuttle service, but not Lisboeta.
The hotel itself, being quite new, is nice and clean, but I do smell smoke in the hallways. Not sure what the hotel policy is on this, but there was no ”non-smoking room” option when booking. However, considering this is Macau and considering the usual clientele, this should not have come as a surprise in hindsight. All toiletries are á L'Occitane which is nice - but no surprise here.
There are three eateries on location and all of them are what I would consider quick / casual dining options. There is a food court at the ajoining mall though but even then selection is limited. We opted to have breakfast included - it was OK but I was expecting a little bit more.
All in all, we had a very average yet decent stay. Not much to complain but not much to write home about either. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much of Macau in general.
Would we stay there again? Unfortunately, most likely not. For our purposes, we'll probably stay on the Macau side next time we're in town. And if we do need to stay on the Cotai side of things, we'll probably try the larger ****** hotels for the sake of ease of transportation and more dining options.
CChung NingVery close to the outer ferry terminal, like 10-15 minutes walk. Quite a lot of bus routes to choose as well, pretty convenient location for traveler. Hotel has smoking and nonsmoking rooms. I chose smoking room (cause I do smoke), expecting the room might smells pretty bad but it was fine. I do recommend this hotel if you're a smoker and a traveler that not looking for a nice view from hotel but just convenient location.
JJJC TravelsIt was indeed a great experience. The room is spacious and clean. All staff were friendly specially the receptionist Ms. Malou San Juan (not sure if I named here correctly) and Mark Manansala. Since I am a Filipino, and they are either, communication was easier. They were sop helpful and professional. Also, the locals (Chinese) staff were the same. The hotel smells expensive and they offer more than what guests need. I mean, they are very much willing to provide the reasonable needs of guests. Could improve on breakfast menu but worth the price.
GGuest UserFantastic hotel. All staff are welcome and helpful. Fluent in multiple language.
The room is tidy. The bedding was nice and clean.
Even got a little cigarette burnt on the duvet cover. But still the best holiday inn I’ve ever been.
Nearby lot of restaurants and convenience store.
Some of them are open 24 hours.
