Kunshan Hotels with Airport pickup service

My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I have been away from Zhouzhuang for several days. Suddenly I think of this famous hotel and it is full of memories. I stayed there for only one night with my two kids. The kids said they didn't want to leave... The parking problem that I was worried about when I booked was perfectly solved by the hotel lady using a tour bus. It is super convenient to go downstairs and reach an entrance to the scenic area. The suite has a balcony and the night view is super beautiful. I think the hotel's own garden is a tourist attraction. The kids didn't want to sleep after watching the projection (๑ᵕ⌓ᵕ̤) In short, it is very good👍

Kunshan Lamborghini Hotel is very suitable for staying with children. Service: Ctrip ordered a package, Xiao Guo of the hotel communicated and arranged in advance, upgraded the parent-child room, provided help throughout the process, and the service was great! Environment: The decoration of the parent-child room is very popular with children. There are small tents and small basketball hoops. Children's toiletries and small bathtubs are available, which is very considerate. The hotel swimming pool is very large, there is a small children's playground on the second floor, some entertainment settings, and a rich buffet breakfast. There is a night Kunshan market downstairs of the hotel, which is suitable for shopping at night. Staying for one night gives me a good overall impression of the hotel.

This is my second time to go to Fairmont. I upgrade to a lake view suite every time. The shower in the suite is very comfortable. There are several water outlets. It is very refreshing to wash on the body. People are warm and warm. This time is no exception. It’s just that the massage bathtub this time is too dirty. As soon as the massage function is turned on, the dirty black dirt inside comes out. I hope the hotel will pay attention to it. The service is very good, especially the waiter in the Chinese restaurant. I don’t remember his name, but he speaks softly and smiles from the inside out, which makes people feel very comfortable. By the way, the scenery is really good. It is an old hotel with a very good location. There is a Xilu Garden next to it, which is very suitable for taking the elderly for a walk and chat. Because of this, I didn’t call the front desk again. After all, it’s the New Year, everyone is happy, which is better!

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

I have stayed here several times and once again felt the enthusiasm of the staff. I would like to thank Manager Chen for upgrading to a parent-child room for free in advance and preparing small gifts. The children liked it very much, which was exactly what the lobby said, ”I'll wait for you in Kunshan.”

I checked into Room 3, which is in the middle. I arrived late, around 10pm. I was received by the security guard. I went in directly after I got my card, without registration. However, it's not an ideal choice when it's cold, because there are flying bugs outside the balcony on the lake. The bathtub on the balcony is covered with a tarp, and there are many flying bugs on it. It's said to be usable, but there are too many bugs, and the balcony outside is almost unusable. It feels desolate. It's tidy inside. The facilities in the room are a bit old, but it doesn't affect the use. It's very quiet at night, which is good for light sleepers. The overall environment is good. The breakfast is really bad (as shown in the picture). The service staff served the one in the picture. There was no choice. I had a bowl of porridge. Yachts are definitely indispensable when you come here. You can rent a small yacht for 15 minutes for 350 yuan. There is also a BBQ. There are tables arranged on the outdoor lawn, and there are also camping tents set up. I asked about the price and it was 120 or more than 200 per person. The overall experience is okay. It's more suitable for coming when it's hot. Except for the breakfast they sent me away, everything else is okay. The service is average, and it can't keep up with the service of the room price. The check-out time for late arrivals is also 12 o'clock.

This time I experienced Kunshan New Harbor Hotel. The hotel's service is quite good and responsive, especially the customer service Yuan Dongge. The work is serious and responsible, warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. Parking is very convenient. Especially good dinner and breakfast, rich and delicious, a wide variety, a dazzling, completely satisfying our taste buds, the restaurant waiter is also warm and friendly, leaving us with unforgettable memories. The tickets for the gift of Tinglin Garden are also very in place. It is really a good time to eat, drink and play. We are too satisfied and have the opportunity to come again.

Bring parents and children to spend the weekend, the whole family is full of praise! The adjacent rooms arranged by the housekeeper have balconies. Grandparents drink tea on the terrace, and children play on the trampoline and slide in the small playground. Kayaking and picking strawberries in the village! Children's slippers and yellow duck toys are available in the room. Breakfast has porridge and side dishes that the elderly love, and the children are fascinated by handmade clay. We also went to visit the ancient town. The surrounding rice fields and the fireworks of Jinxi Ancient Town made my parents feel like they were ”back to their childhood.” I will definitely come again next time!

Room has an ageing look with dusts, bathroom is a bit mouldy. We came during winter and the room was like a chiller and took some time to warm up. The owner arranged his staff to pick us up on foot from a meeting point outside the ancient town as cars aren’t able to enter. However, his staff didn’t lead us back to the same pick up point even if had requested for help. We lost our way and thankfully my car driver was able to locate us. We booked a room for 4 but amenities were arranged for 2 only. We have to request for extra from bathroom items to pillows. Will consider other modern guests houses at the edge of the water village for the same price.
