Very nice hotel. I went there with friends and family during the National Day holiday. I didn't expect that we were all upgraded to the lakeside for free. We could fish directly on the balcony. The children liked it very much. The service at the front desk was also very good. They added a large mattress for us to meet the needs of a family with two children. In addition, the brick rubbing handmade experience provided can be played by children and adults, which is quite interesting. There is a brick kiln factory next to the hotel parking lot. Many people come to take pictures, and it feels like it can be very filmed. There are not many people on holidays. It is a good resort hotel.

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

GGuest UserBring parents and children to spend the weekend, the whole family is full of praise! The adjacent rooms arranged by the housekeeper have balconies. Grandparents drink tea on the terrace, and children play on the trampoline and slide in the small playground. Kayaking and picking strawberries in the village! Children's slippers and yellow duck toys are available in the room. Breakfast has porridge and side dishes that the elderly love, and the children are fascinated by handmade clay. We also went to visit the ancient town. The surrounding rice fields and the fireworks of Jinxi Ancient Town made my parents feel like they were ”back to their childhood.” I will definitely come again next time!

The address of the hotel is very good, just on a small road in the bustling streets of Zhouzhuang. It is very quiet to rest at night and very convenient to play. More importantly, I really recommend this hotel for self-driving. It is very close to the free parking lot. I will choose it without hesitation next time

GGuest UserI chose this hotel after reading reviews saying the boss was nice. It was raining heavily at night, and the boss's wife personally went outside the scenic area to pick me up and helped me pull the suitcase. The room was clean, and the mattress and pillow were latex, which was great for my cervical spine. The room supplies were all branded, and the toothbrush was better than the one I used in Pingjiangfu. I will continue to stay here if I go to Zhouzhuang next time😄

AAnonymous User傳説崑山有個叫理想村的地方，在攜程上各種搜，最終選了這家樹果行旅民宿，帶塌的房間看上去色調明亮，再加上寵物友好和超美水岸風景吸引了我果斷下單，帶上娃來打卡，體驗一下與眾不同。整個民宿的空間很開闊，我們下午到店的，我們的房間有大大的飄窗床榻，房間與攜程介紹一致，色調明亮，讓人心情愉悦。拿好房間就選擇在水岸教室點了圍爐套餐下午茶還有好吃的華夫餅。晚餐前在村裡走走，秋日的田野金黃燦燦，太適合拍照了！晚餐點了幾樣店員推薦的特色菜，最喜歡就是雲南銅鍋烤魚和小鍋米線，沒想到還能吃到這麼美味的雲南味道，女兒最喜歡的小酥肉吃的停不下來。晚餐後我們在手工教室坐坐，看看書聽聽音樂。第二天被鳥兒喚醒，中西式自助早餐品種很豐富，退房前在河岸草坪上拍拍照，擼擼金毛滿滿和緬因大山，和管家相約下次來參加於老師的手工精油皂。正好趕上新米上市帶上一袋回家咯！

When we left, she also gave us a going-out gift. The socks were crispy and fragrant, which is also a local specialty snack... The service is impeccable and must be praised. The only shortcoming may be that the bathroom facilities are a little bit outdated. The boss said that they are ready to expand and renovate. GGuest UserI came here with my friends with the mentality of trying it out, but I didn't expect there would be so many surprises. First of all, parking in the camp is very convenient. There is a huge natural parking lot at the door. If you stay in a lawn room, you can drive the car directly in. The security guard at the door can be seen to be very serious and responsible. Then after entering, the front desk lady was still very enthusiastic. Thumbs up 👍. The facilities are complete and the environment is very good. There are also many fun things to play, such as archery, racing, and boating (it may be a bit cold at this time). There is also a high-altitude barrier that is very exciting. There are many cute little pets. There is also fishing inside. When passing by the cute pet park, I happened to see a big brother fishing a very big fish. The overall experience is very good. The staff are very enthusiastic and kind. Next time, I will choose to live in a lawn room here and be chic on the super large lawn.
