One of the worst experience I had in a long time. This hotel not even worth one penny. This is a horrible hotel with worst facilities. Everything is broken, room stinks and staff is ok. There are much much better options in KL if we add few more bucks. I had to leave this hotel 10 mins after checking in.

Smell so bad, noisy surroundings. Old comforter and towel. Booked for a few nights but left early. Staff are very rude. I didn't get any amenities.

1. The toilet floor is wet. Someone has stepped on the towel on the floor outside the toilet. It feels like the last person has used it.
2. There are used towels on the wardrobe, which is quite scary.
3. You have to ask for toilet paper yourself. There is no toilet paper in the room.
4. No toothbrush or toothpaste is provided, remember to bring it
5. You have to ask for shower gel and shampoo by yourself

8. There is a coffee shop opposite the 711 downstairs and the location is good.
