"Facilities: Check-in was super fast and convenient. Everything else was great, except for the elevators being a bit slow during peak hours. Cleanliness: Very good, spotless, and the bed was really comfortable. Environment: I personally found the environment excellent. I booked a 31 sqm room, not a connecting one. At check-in, the front desk asked if I'd accept a corner room, which I declined. I stated my room preferences, and they met all of them, which was incredibly nice. It was around 6 PM, and considering the hotel was fully booked, getting such a satisfactory room at that time was impressive. Service: Check-out was super easy! Just handed over the key card! No deposit was required for check-in, so check-out was much quicker than other hotels! Location: Extremely close to Pavilion. After checking in, I immediately went to Fatty Crab and was eating within about 30 minutes. Yong Xing Tea Restaurant and Sun Fong Bak Kut Teh are right around the corner from the hotel. This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Malaysia!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel suite. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well maintained. One of my favorite features was the separate living area, which made the suite feel much more comfortable and luxurious. The view from the 33rd floor was absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening even more enjoyable. And the pool area was amazing aswell. I also want to give special thanks to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful. I requested a clothes steamer, and it was brought to my room in no time. That level of prompt and attentive service really stood out. If I had one regret, it would be that I couldn’t extend my stay for the entire trip. I would have happily spent all my nights here. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!"
