酒店前台態度差異比較大。
一個男前台，人挺好的，一直微笑給我們詳細介紹了酒店訊息，在問詢我們不使用房間收費物品之後，也沒收按金。
朋友在旁邊另外一個前台辦理入住，是個女的，不熱情，很不樂意接待的樣子，並且堅持收按金。

The hotel is average for the whole season. The room is not big and the breakfast is average. It is close to the pier, which is convenient for island hopping.
The room rate of nearly 2,000 per night during the Spring Festival is totally not worth it. If you want to stay here, consider the cost performance. The rooftop swimming pool is closed when it rains. It is said to be for safety. I don’t understand the connection between rain and safety? Because it is rainy season and the children want to swim, I asked the waiter if we can’t use the swimming pool every day if it rains every day? The answer was very blunt that this is the rule, without even an apology. The key is that the hotel has no other entertainment facilities.
If there is a choice, this hotel is not recommended. In addition, the whole Kota Kinabalu is very shabby and the management is chaotic everywhere. It is not recommended!
