The hotel management people are very helpful. Right from the check in, they're giving utmost care for food and stay. They've provided a complimentary breakfast and it's really good. We can ask them to prepare lunch and dinner on demand. When you're roaming around kodaikanal it's very hard to find good food. So we used their home made food. Coming to the room, i have booked a king suite which is good enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. Rooms are pretty big and it comes with a cushion chair and dining for 6 people. In the evening they're doing a camp fire. On the whole it's a worthy stay for 3 days.

Location- 4/5, breakfast- 4. 5/5, room- 3/5 ( cleanliness needs improvement, no place in bathroom for hanging clothes, no hangers for clothes in cupboards )

The cottage is located within the city limits. There two rooms in each suite. Separate bed and wash room facilities. We can see bison at night. Food must be ordered. Overall good experience

Hotel staff were very courteous. We were admitted before our check in time at our request which was a very good gesture. Breakfast was very delicious and more than sufficient. Hotel location is little far from city centre but manageable.

Overall good experiance especially staffs are very cooperative. Food is ok. Property location can find easily. Services should be improve. Amenities ok. Tea kettle was not provided.

We had a quite comfortable stay at park royal e this week. I was with my wife and two young daughters. The room was extremely wonderful and the facilities provided were immaculate the breakfast was just the icing on the cake the staff were polite, cordial and extremely helpful the ambience and spacious room four 4 adults was beyond all our expectations i have decided to stay there itself when i visit kodaikanal next. All the best from our part.

Stay at park royale was very comfortable. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Breakfast was tasty. Service was very good. Only one issue that location is quie away from town. That too located on steep slopes. First time drive is little dangerous.
