This hotel is very new, with high-end decoration style, wide lobby with comfortable sofas, and a very large elevator entrance space that is amazing. The service fully meets the four-star standard. From getting off the taxi, the doorman helped to take the suitcase, to the waiter personally delivering the room after checking in, giving a tourist map, and sending the location of recommended food stores on WeChat, it is meticulous. A scroll of Qingming Shanghe Tu was also given as a souvenir. The room is super quiet, and the doors and windows are soundproof and textured. Although there are many rooms on both sides of the long corridor, the aisle is covered with thick carpets, and it feels as if the whole building is quiet as if we are the only ones. The toiletries are all branded, and they are packaged in small bags that can be taken away. In addition to the slippers in the bedroom, the shoes used in the bathroom are sterilized and sealed, which is very safe to use. The bedding is comfortable and very relaxing and decompressing. The hotel must be booked in advance. We booked one night with the intention of trying it out, but we had to move out on the weekends for the next two days. We were very upset. No breakfast experience. Pay a little attention to the name. It is more than two kilometers away from Qingyuan. It is near the new campus of Heda University, not the old Heda Food Street. The only drawback is that it is recommended to add a dressing mirror and a memory pillow.

My husband and I took our wheelchair-bound mother to Kaifeng for a trip and stayed in this hotel for six days. Before we set off, we received a call from the hotel, saying that they had reserved a room for us. What touched me most was that it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The proprietress and the front desk waiter had been waiting for us. When they saw us get off the car, the proprietress and the girls at the front desk enthusiastically arranged and helped with the luggage. At the same time, a cup of hot tea was handed to us. Drinking a cup of hot tea and listening to the wonderful Henan accent made us feel warm in our hearts! The front desk quickly checked in, and soon we said goodnight! The hotel's breakfast was a familiar home-cooked meal, with sweet potatoes, pumpkins, fried dough sticks, buns, flower rolls, jujube cakes, steamed dumplings, eggs, fried noodles, a few stir-fried vegetables, a few cold dishes, wontons, milk, soy milk, and coffee. It was very comfortable to eat. The hotel room is fully equipped with a single bed and a double bed, which is just right for the three of us to sleep. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are sunny, and we sit in front of the window to drink tea, watching the busy streets with people coming and going, and experiencing the fireworks of the ancient capital of Kaifeng. The hotel staff is very good. If you have any needs, they are solved immediately with just a phone call. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant or room cleaning, the service staff always greets you with a smile and provides warm service, making us feel at home and as touched as if we had met family.

Superb services. The receptionist are very friendly and answers to my questions very promptly. The rooms are clean and quite modern, central heating was just nice. The water heaters are great, they have dry and wet bathrooms as well. The housekeepers will ask you if you need any anything since we don’t really like housekeeping. The breakfasts were standard. Location is good, quite near walking distances to various attractions. We had an enjoyable stay there.

Fantastic location near night Market and temple. Night view room is worth it (overlooking drum tower). Room was clean and had great features. Ac and light controls were in english, helpful for me. Check in and check out we're a bit messy/hectic since there was no visible way to queue and people rushed the desk. Staff were helping multiple guests at same time taking IDs from anyone that offered. Also when we asked staff how far train station was they neglected to tell us there were two train stations. Fortunately, our didi driver clarified.

When I asked for an invoice when I left the hotel, I had to scan the code and fill in the invoice information temporarily. I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

I found that a new Atour was opened. The location was very close to the North Station. It took less than 10 minutes to take a taxi. There was Wanda Plaza nearby, there was Kaifeng Museum, Kaifeng West Lake, and it was very convenient to come out and go around. The room is quiet as a whole, the room is very quiet and there is no smell, the lobby is large, the bamboo house is also very large, pouring a cup of tea in the bamboo house is very comfortable. The service staff is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to provide tea and bottled water, and will greet you when you enter and exit. The TV in the room is large and convenient to operate. You can also cast screens. The gym has 5 large fitness facilities. It is enough for people who like fitness. I like this store very much and I am planted by Atour.

The hotel is easy to find. There is a night market snack at the door that is said to be loved by locals. The taste is good and the price is affordable! The hotel has a complete breakfast variety. The spicy soup here is a local specialty. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they also sent Kaifeng specialty snacks. Especially the waiters 1, 6 and 8 were attentive and answered all questions. They recommended the surrounding specialties and tasted good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.
