The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful. I went to Kaifeng for tourism with my family during the Spring Festival. The deluxe parent-child room I booked was very good. Thanks to Hu Jinhong from the housekeeping department for giving the children homemade sachets, welcome fruits, cartoon-shaped towels, yogurt, and Qingming Shanghe Park. The front desk lady also gave them a Dumbo bag. We stayed for two nights and the hotel parking lot was free of charge. The buffet time was until more than ten o'clock in the morning, which was very friendly to me with a baby. I could sleep until I woke up naturally in the morning. The 1.5-meter bed was very comfortable. Families with children are advised to bring their own small pillows that the baby usually uses, and bring their own disposable 🛀 bath bags and bath balls in the bathtub in the room. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. It is worth recommending 👍👍👍

I came to Kaifeng, Henan for a self-driving tour during the Spring Festival.
I booked 2 rooms here and stayed for two nights.
The hotel is located outside the city wall of the old city.
Opposite is the Songcheng of Bianliang, which is convenient for eating!
The hotel has a large ground parking lot🅿️.
The hotel service is good and humane.
The facilities are OK, but after all, they are a bit old.
Compared with the price, it is cost-effective.
The hotel's breakfast is good and rich.
But there are many people during the New Year, and it is a bit crowded.

Arrived at the hotel at night on a self-driving tour. The hotel front desk upgraded the service and changed to a room with a courtyard view. The details of the room were handled very well, especially the sinking pool in the bathroom where you can take a bath was quite special. They also provided welcome refreshments and fruits. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for traveling, saving the trouble of driving to the scenic spots to find parking spaces. The south gate of the hotel is the entrance to the Duanmen of Qingming Shanghe Park, and the east gate is the entrance to the middle gate of Wansui Mountain Scenic Area. You can walk to these two attractions. The hotel provides battery cars that can go directly to the south gate and the east gate (because the hotel is a garden-style hotel with a large area) and you don't need to drive. This hotel is the best choice for future travels in Kaifeng.

Very good stay at this hotel, the staff was very thoughtful, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good also. The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted. Besides this, I would recommend the stay at this hotel.

MMengsangyiyaThis is my second time in Kaifeng. I have a good impression of the food, environment and culture here. The location of this hotel is OK. It is convenient to drive, take a taxi or ride to the scenic spots. It is also OK to go to some good breakfast shops and old restaurants.
The check-in experience is very good. From the parking lot to the front desk to the floor waiters, they are all very polite and kind. It can also be felt that the hotel is operating with heart and providing software that exceeds the expectations of guests as much as possible. For example, the room includes Chinese medicine foot bath, a small tent in the room, children's toys, cartoon bed covers, and more soft drinks besides mineral water. These are enough to make up for some hardware deficiencies.
In short, I am very sure of the operation and service of this hotel. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserIt's a great hotel. There is a bus directly to the door from Kaifeng North Station. Although the location is in an alley, there is a square opposite, so you don't have to worry about coming back late and running out of food. The hotel room is also very clean, especially Manager Xu’s service attitude is very good. The hotel waiters will not show any black faces at all. You can also use points to exchange for breakfast coupons on Ctrip, which is really great! When I came to Kaifeng this time, I felt that this city is quite good. The actors at Long Live Mountain, Qingming Riverside Garden and the City Wall were all very dedicated, the shows were also very good to watch, and the people in Kaifeng were also very enthusiastic. GGuest UserThe hotel is easy to find. There is a night market snack at the door that is said to be loved by locals. The taste is good and the price is affordable! The hotel has a complete breakfast variety. The spicy soup here is a local specialty. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they also sent Kaifeng specialty snacks. Especially the waiters 1, 6 and 8 were attentive and answered all questions. They recommended the surrounding specialties and tasted good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance. I recommend everyone to experience it (>_<)

KKarenI would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.
