Close to Kagoshima Chuo Station
It was beautiful and spacious, so it was very easy to spend!

エレベーターがない事は書かれていましたが、行ってみれば私たちの部屋は4階！
階段は一階上るだけだと思っていたので
重いスーツケースの上げ下げが大変でした!
荷物のない人には問題ないかもしれませんが、前もって部屋が選べるわけでもないし
注意が必要です。
また窓の開放禁止なのですが
換気ができず、不快。
ピンコードがあるとはいえ、
スタッフは誰もいない、
他の部屋の人が間違えてドアを開けようとし、不安でした。
部屋は確かに大きい、
しかし水回りの掃除が行き届いていません。男の掃除といったところ。
部屋の料金も示された額に色々付加され
お掃除チャージも加わり、
決してリーズナブルではありませんでした。部屋の大きさの割に満足度が低い理由です。

換気扇系は全部ホコリがすごい
洗濯機も綿ゴミがたくさんゴムのところにたまっていた
おしゃれなつくりのためかスイッチ等がどこのスイッチなのか書いておらず毎回間違えた
用意してある柔軟剤はおしゃれ着洗剤。ふっくらしたい方は柔軟剤を用意
風呂は洗面器・イスがない
冷蔵庫の作動音がうるさい。耳栓推奨
外のドア、各部屋共にキーパッドをタッチしてパスコードを入力するが外のドアは番号をしばらく変えていないのか押す数字のところがへこみ、バレバレ。定期的に番号は変えた方がいいと思う
立地最高！
鹿児島中央駅も市電の駅も超近い
洗濯機が部屋についてるのは便利
風呂が広い
ベッドのすぐそばに延長コードがあり、スマホ充電などに便利
清掃がもっとなされていれば評価がかなり高いところなのでは？
また鹿児島行くとしたら是非利用したい
