Find the Cheap Kagoshima Hotels

The location of the apartment is excellent, located opposite the Kagoshima Station on the island line (non-JR Kagoshima Central Station), the Sakurajima Port Pier and the Ocean Zoo are close at hand, and the Sakurajima volcano can be seen very clearly. Transportation is not too convenient. The room is large in size, and the decoration is uniquely Japanese-style exquisite, quite simple and clean. Air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen utensils are complete. Three adults and two babies stayed for four days and three nights. It is very convenient and comfortable. It is highly recommended. Fortunately, the night before leaving, I was fortunate to see the Orchid Festival Fire and Fire Conference held in Sakurajima Port. The locals were dressed in costume and came to the city. It was quite lively and atmosphere.

It is a business hotel located in the downtown Tenmonkan in Minami Kyushu, but it was only called ”Rem”, and I was able to sleep well as rarely for me to sleep until I was woken up by the alarm clock. The city trams and buses are running on the road right in front of me, but I didn't care about the noise at all. １ I had breakfast at the talis in the building because it was breakfast for the night, but it was quite well organized and substantial. I was able to choose from hot dog pancake toast.

Except for the compact room, everything else is satisfactory. The breakfast is very good, the hot spring is also good, there is a round-trip bus from the hotel to Kagoshima Central, the hotel departure time is 20 minutes and 50 minutes every hour, and the departure time from Kagoshima Central West Exit to the hotel is also 20 minutes and 50 minutes every hour. The shuttle bus starts at 6 am and ends at 10 pm. The hotel is worth experiencing!

The location is superb, room was clean, spacious and with a nice balcony. The room provided all you need on a leisure trip. The only downside was it was super complicated and time consuming to contact the hostel for entrance pin, check-in procedure and check-in number. We asked the front desk receptionist of our previous hotel to call the hostel number stated on trip.com booking confirmation email in morning, but no one picked up; called again at 3pm, and the hostel hotline said the number was wrong and referred us to call another number. If we did not have the assistance from a Japanese local receptionist from another hotel, I dont think we could get the entrance pin and check-in procedure information smoothly. I recommend this hostel to Japanese local, or tourists with a Japanese mobile number to make calls/able to find assistance from Japanese local people.

I didn't know where to park to use the parking lot, so I was sloppy in front of the front desk for a guide, but the front lady did not try to speak. I had to get a parking ticket certification to use the parking lot for free, but there was no guide at all. In the instruction manual on how to turn on the refrigerator, I called the front desk without knowing what to do with the writing method as if there was a button to turn on. There was no display of number 9 to the front desk, so I opened the drawer and looked for the guide document and finally found it. The shower toilet was not available for more than 10 minutes while preparing and was not used. Basically, the staff will answer the question, but it is the information necessary for the guest, and even if it will be a problem if it is not guided, the staff will take the stance that it will not guide if it is not asked. I felt that it was a hotel. The poorness of the shower toilet that cannot be used even if you wait for 10 minutes is out of the question. Next time, maybe choose another hotel.

Value for $$ with respect to nearness to tenmonkan + quiet environment + in-house washer with bathroom doubling as a dryer room (works much better than a washer dryer). There are 3 chicken eateries next to this lodging- one of which has long queues

It was nice that there was a washing machine and a range where you could make simple ramen or other food.

The service level is not in place. Although it is a self-service homestay apartment, it should be done a week in advance to inform the reservation guests to pay attention to the mailbox to receive the password and other procedures. However, the management did not fulfill the obligation to inform in advance. It was only the day before check-in that the email related to the password was sent, and the guests had difficulty accepting the email in Japan at this time, resulting in finding that they could not enter the door when they checked in. I saw the email after a search, and the check-in experience was very poor. Ctrip customers' assistance and response are timely and efficient, must be criticized the apartment management's practice and concept!

Located in the downtown area of Kagoshima, it is located in the ”Astronomical Museum”, and it can be enjoyed for shopping and eating. It is also about ３ walk to the airport limousine bus astronomical museum stop, and it is within walking distance to sightseeing such as terukuni Jinja shrine and Saigo Takamori bronze statue. The front desk was also bright and the room was clean and I was able to stay comfortably. This time, I used an economic single (a small room facing the building) that was more worthwhile than a single room, but I think it's enough to sleep. Free service breakfast is also similar to other Toyoko INN, but it was delicious.
