Very slow service. No body bothers to replenish the dishes in the breakfast buffet. Lift needs to be upgraded as it’s outdated and is very slow.

I was fooled by a staff member there. It was Independence Day (15th Aug 2024). If I remember his name was Bhupendra. I went there to explore synergies on cosmetics with the relevant POC. This staff member Bhupendra came and said me to give a review on TripAdvisor and I gave 5 star rating. Then he also requested for a video review which I gave nicely as I understand because I am a PR professional. It started raining heavily. I had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour. I requested for water which I was not given at all. Really cheap to use people for your reviews and branding and treating them like this after the work is done, especially being in hospitality industry.

Comfortable room and bed. Centralized air conditioning is excellent. Staff is courteous and service is fast. Breakfast buffet was very good.

This is a decent hotel. It appeared like more of a ‘business hotel’ rather than ‘tourist hotel’. The ‘club room’ that was allotted to us was quite spacious – sufficient for a comfortable stay after accommodating lot of luggage. Our room was in the smoking zone. On request they tried to look for a similar accommodation in non-smoking zone, but could not find. Then they somehow tried to manage by applying some room freshener in our room. Still, when we were in the corridor, almost always an irritating smell of cigarette smoking was felt. I did not like this. Apart from that, the dining area was not well managed. There was almost no refilling of the items that were getting exhausted. Had to wait long long time for some nun (day 1) and bhatura (day 2). Overall food items were quite ordinary and nothing very exclusive. Only considering the room quality, I would say, it was just OK.

Rooms were fine; however shortage of staff led to alot of delay in services. It was quite frustrating to have a smooth stay throughout.

Short of staff. Amenities were also shut and it should had ben informed prior to booking. The staff which was present was extremely arrogant to speak to. Food service extremely slow.
