The location is very good, you can walk directly to the scenic spots in the ancient city. Although it is a youth hostel, it is very convenient not to make your own bed haha. I live in the basement girls dormitory and the bathroom in my room is very clean.
The boss at the front desk can ask all kinds of questions, and it is convenient to leave luggage outside check-in time. I met a cute little French girl in the room who also came to play.
Breakfast is on the top floor terrace. The terrace can see the sea view and part of the roof of the Blue Mosque. The breakfast is very rich!

The room is cleaned every day and the windows are opened for ventilation. There is breakfast in the morning. The location is close to the Blue Mosque, Sofia and other attractions. I highly recommend Stanpoli Hostel. It is easy to find on public transportation. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The included breakfast is substantial and keeps you going all day long. The facilities were clean and modern. The view from the rooftop terrace is beautiful...great place to relax for an evening. I stayed in the dorm. The beds were comfy and the curtains surrounding each bunk made for excellent privacy. I was finishing a bicycle tour when I stayed with them. They arranged to have my bicycle boxed up so I could take it in the airplane. They arranged for a taxi large enough to take me and my bicycle to the airport when it was time for me to leave. Do yourself a favor and stay here. It's perfectly located near all the old town attractions.

Clean and tidy, superb location and the staff were amazing throughout! Osman, the manager, has created such a great environment for people to stay. His mother, helping to cook, made beautiful food through our stay. Zeeshan on the desk was also incredibly helpful. Stanpoli is in a perfect location, only a couple of minutes walk to Haiga Sofia and Sultenahment Mosque. Thanks for an excellent stay, Osman, and all the rest of the team. When I am next in Istanbul, this is where I will stay.

I have now stayed in this hostel on three separate occasions. The staff have always been welcoming and it's a very comfortable environment to be in, the more you to immerse yourself here the better your stay will be. They are full of knowledge of things to do and where to go. It's cleaned thoroughly everyday and always smells good. The food is yummy with plenty of variety and the view from the terrace is lovely, looking over the city and water.
