"The stuff is very polite and friendly. The room was quiet big in comparison with the previous places I lived in Japan. It was quiet clean but the furniture and the bedding was very old and worn. Anyway I give five stars cause you shouldn’t expect a lot for a such cheap price. And it’s in the middle of the city, so it quite convenient."

"The hotel proactively asked for our estimated arrival time. Although the front desk was unattended when we arrived, there was a phone and a messaging app account available for immediate contact. The service lady was very kind and explained everything in detail. She also helped us with calling a taxi ❤️. There was also a clear information sheet on the table in the room. We were a group of three, and the space was very comfortable, equipped with a microwave, a small kitchen, and a washing machine. Just be careful when using the rocking chair in the living room to avoid losing your balance. The dining area was a bit dimly lit, but otherwise, everything was great 👍"

"I was traveling solo and chose this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. As a Chinese traveler, I found the room facilities to be very comprehensive, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The shuttle buses to the airport, JR station, and Aeon Mall were all excellent. The drivers were very friendly; if you asked them anything while they were parked, they would answer patiently. If you're only staying one night, you could go to the JR station on the first day, as there are many fun and delicious places there. On the second morning, you could go to Aeon Mall, then return to pick up your luggage and head to your new hotel. You'd arrive around 3 PM, just in time to check in, haha. This bus seems to be a loop, which is very convenient. If I come to Japan again, I would definitely choose this place."

"Great stay overall. The room was a standard size but very clean, and housekeeping provided fresh sets every day. The staff could communicate well in English, which made everything easy. The location is a big plus — right across the street there’s a 24-hour laundromat, and a FamilyMart is literally next door. It’s also within walking distance of the train station with access to several lines, so getting around was super convenient. One small tip when booking: try to request a room that’s not directly opposite the elevator. There’s a grill restaurant downstairs, and the smoke smell can drift up to that side. Other than that, a very pleasant stay !"

Only some room types include a complimentary first round from the minibar; other rooms only get free bottled water. 2. The toiletries are all by Mikimoto. 3. The 17th-floor buffet restaurant requires a queue number to be seated. If you're on a tight schedule, I recommend getting there early to get a number. 4. The main facilities are in the main building. Hotel near Ueno/Asakusa,Tokyo
The N+HOTEL East Asakusa is one of the newest hotels in Tokyo, having opened in 2026. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Minami-Senju Station located approximately 1km away and Haneda Airport roughly 26km away. In addition, Minami-Senju Metro Station is just a short walk away. This hotel is located near many of Tokyo's attractions including Sumida Park, Asakusa Shrine and Kaminari-mon Gate. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.

"The room was clean, and the price was quite reasonable. It's a bit of a walk from Minami-Senju Station, but it's mostly a straight line, so it wasn't too much trouble. It might be tough during hot weather, but there's a bus available, so taking that is also an option. There's a convenience store and a supermarket open late nearby, which is very convenient! The smoking area is located downstairs from the hotel. I stayed for three nights this time, and the sense of relief when returning to this hotel after being caught in the crowds in places like Ikebukuro was incredible, haha. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Thank you!"

KkhosodaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by every aspect of the experience. The cleanliness was exceptional—everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing more than enough space to relax after a long day. The location is another major highlight. It is very convenient and well-situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions, transportation, and restaurants. This made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm and professional attitude. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. Every meal I had was satisfying and enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

GGuest UserThough small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway. What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly. A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently situated near Ueno station and a nearby subway station, making travel around the city very easy. One of the highlights of the stay was the thoughtful amenities. The hotel offers an onsen, complimentary soba in the evening, and jelly desserts, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The breakfast was especially impressive-delicious and well worth the price. The room size(around14square meters) was impact but comfortable, suitable for 2 people. Additional blankets can be requested at the front desk if needed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very throughout the stay. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel and had a great experience. The downside was the elevator, which can be slow and crowded during peaking times. However, if you’re staying on a lower floor, using the stairs is a convenient alternative.

GGuest Useremployees and amazing breakfast. They had many vegetables + yogurt + all kind of meats (I really liked the beef) - really worth it for 2100 yen per person. My only complaint is that breakfast ends quite early at 9:30. It is very close to 2 metro lines (green and orange) so you can easily reach any place in Tokyo. There is a non-stop 7/11 at the -1 floor (you can take the elevator and exit through the shop). It has a very easy to use and good exchange rate ATM. The gym is like the typical hotel gym. Very small and with few dumbbells.

There’s a FamilyMart, AEON, and many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. You can walk to Tobu Department Store every day for shopping. The hotel offers a welcome drink available anytime, and there is a separate onsen for men and women. In the evening at 6:00 PM, there is a free happy hour with drinks—perfect for alcohol lovers. My husband really loved it. The amenities are also of good quality. If I visit Japan again, I would definitely choose to stay here—the price is very reasonable too.

GGuest UserI liked this place. A pretty standard classic capsule hotel: sizeable capsule with a console, daily turnover service, large shower and onsen room with an attached steam room. Service was good: they have an army of twinks working there after hours, it was like being checked in by BTS. All issues I had with my capsule (broken lightbulb) were addressed quickly and cheerfully. Sometimes it kinda seemed like they were laughing at a few of the foreign guests, but you know what, fair. This place is kinda rules heavy, with lots of notices posted around the property. There is no eating or drinking in the capsules, and instead you have to go to this common area that feels a bit like a hospice for abandoned uncles. Vending machines, manga library, smoking cubicles, that sorta thing. Clean and tidy though, equal numbers of dudes using it for remote working and day drinking (I have a feeling that some ppl live in this place). They have the usual elaborate system of lockers and keys, but they will store your luggage for you while you are out. No need to check out in the day. Overall a chill experience. While I was staying there though some dude did have a mini breakdown about what he saw as it's shortcomings, so I just wanted to comment on that. According to him the place was disgusting. He was especially perturbed by the housekeeping service and the showers. His claim was the the toilets were dirty and that it was unacceptable to fold bedsheets on the floor. Mind you, he was having this rant at 10:30 - checkout is at 10:00, meaning that a whole stampede of airport-bound weebs had just taken spicy ramen fuelled power dumps so they could get out of there on time. Most of the day the facilities were pretty spotless in my opinion. In regards to folding the bedsheets on the floor, I dunno what in the Disney princess he was expecting, but there really isn't anywhere else to do it. I think it's unreasonable to expect little doves to come fly your linens into your capsule tbh. The capsules are literally on... the floor! What do you want? His overall complaint that the space was generally messy was a lot more valid. At this point I had a suspicion that they kind of segregated foreigners from Japanese customers. It's true, that the foreign floor was a bit of a tip - luggage thrown around, empty bottles everywhere, garbage. I went up to the Japanese floors to snoop around a bit. Spotless. (Pictures of both included for comparison) In this case I think the call is coming from inside the capsule, not really fair to hold the staff accountable to your own messy manners. His final gripe was about the showers - specifically the lack of private cubicles. Private cubicles were not advertised anywhere and Japanese onsens are pretty standardly communal spaces, so again I dunno what he wanted. Maybe a shower, with a curtain? Maybe a shower with a door? Maybe a shower with a psychic forcefield that would make his ex girlfriends forget his underwhelming junk and prevent his father from behind disappointed in him? I'm not sure. But I guess the dozen shower stations with soap, shampoo, and face wash weren't cutting it. In fact a lot of the Western guests seemed pretty pranged out by the shower situation, waiting until like two am to wash up and then scurrying around the baths with a hand towel infront of their package like a little purse. If you regret going bald, that's on you. Kinda silly, but if you are bashful maybe this also isn't the hotel for you. Unreasonable though to blame the establishment for you own shame. Anyway, that's all to say the worst part of my stay was for sure the ranting and raving from an unshowered backpacker while I was trying to have a lie in. Otherwise a pretty decent stay.
