"Excellent option in the main square in Hotan. Clean spacious rooms, with a very modern look. The only thing that I didn't like in the room is that the lavatory sink is not separate from the room, which leaves little margin for one person in a couple to do the teeth brushing in the morning without waking up the other... a bit too modern for me but that's me.
Service was good and attentious in spite of the communication difficulties. I didn't like the fact that the laundry service was self-service. We lost a lot of time doing our laundry and there were other guests waiting on the line. Apart from that a really good hotel."

"Mercure Hotel is a very satisfactory hotel for our stay in Xinjiang. The hotel staff is very professional, warm and thoughtful. Check-in is very smooth. There is also free mineral water and coffee in the lobby. Our needs are always met at the first time. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide great lighting. It was cleaned very well and the beds were super comfortable! The toilets in the rooms are all smart and fully automatic. The mini bar is also equipped with soft drinks, coffee, tea and biscuits. The mineral water provided is also very high-quality. I heard that it is natural spring mineral water produced in Changshou Township, Guangxi. Most importantly, these things are free!

"Aside from the dirt roads, Hotan was perfect. The hotel was clean and hygienic, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was good. It's 9 kilometers from Yotkan Ancient City and 800 meters from the Hotan Night Market. I slept very well for two nights. The roasted eggs in Hotan are really delicious, especially the three-egg, one-star one—so tasty! Highly recommended."

If you value good looks, you can definitely stay here! They have a great 'no-nonsense' rule at their hotel; interested friends can visit and experience it themselves. Although it was only a one-night stay, many last-minute requests were handled very well. For example, asking the front desk to help send a package or coordinating a late check-out. The most important thing was that the toilet auntie disinfected each guest one by one. The service staff was very enthusiastic. The hotel provides free laundry service, which is very considerate for travelers. There is a No. 4 bus at the door of the hotel, and it is only a 10-minute taxi ride to Tuancheng. Special thanks to the hotel's manager Zhao for personally sending us to the station on the day of check-out, helping us with our luggage, and even sending us to the ticket hall. The hotel service is worthy of praise. This is a very loving hotel that deserves every guest to stay.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with stable hot water 24 hours a day. It is very convenient to eat around, and the food street can be reached in a few minutes' walk. Next time I come to Kuqa, I will definitely choose this hotel!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is great, very close to the Hotan Night Market, which has a lot of good stuff and is just across the street. It's also a short 8-yuan taxi ride to Hotan Tuan City. The hotel offers free parking. We ate breakfast before leaving the parking lot, and the front desk staff was very accommodating. We called them after breakfast, and they entered our license plate number so we wouldn't be charged for exceeding the time limit.

This stay really exceeded expectations! From the warm and unsuspecting reception of the front desk lady when entering the door, to the clean bedding and spotless desktop in the room, you can feel the full intentions. The room has good lighting, and the green plants on the corner can be seen outside the window. It is too comfortable to wake up by the sun in the morning. The hot water in the bathroom comes quickly and the water temperature is stable. The toiletries are a faint fragrance and are very safe to use. The most pleasant surprise was that I was a little hungry in the evening. I called to ask about the food near the front desk. The young lady not only patiently recommended the local specialty store, but also sent a screenshot of the navigation intimately. The taste was really awesome! The process was also very smooth when checking out, and there was no extra waiting.

Guest UserThe hotel is not far from Hotan Night Market. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the night market and the park next to it. The hotel has been renovated for quite some time, in an old-fashioned style, but everything is very useful. The shower head is new, with plenty of pressure, and it's very comfortable to take a shower. The room is large and has good air circulation. It's been very hot in Hotan recently, but there's no need to turn on the air conditioner at night.
There is a supermarket and Xinjiang Restaurant downstairs, and the parking lot at the door is also very large, very convenient!

Receptionist who checked me in on Oct 4 evening and Oct 7 noon was pleasant and competent. The other staff I encountered were sullen and unhelpful.
