All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; the front desk was quick to resolve any issues. You can even rent electric scooters directly from the hotel and book transportation to the 'A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains' scenic area, both at very reasonable prices. Plus, they offer pick-up and drop-off services for the Li River cruise to Yangshuo and the bus to Liuzhou, which was incredibly convenient and stress-free!"

"I had a truly satisfying stay! The location of Wangjianglou is unbeatable, very close to West Street and the Li River, making getting around super convenient. I specifically booked the 'Leisure Courtyard View Twin Room,' and it was clean, tidy, well-equipped, and completely odor-free. The courtyard environment is incredibly tranquil and peaceful, a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The twin room was spacious enough; my family and I didn't feel cramped at all. The staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. It was an impeccable accommodation experience, deserving of a five-star rating!"

"Stayed at 栖心·九隐的院子(阳朔十里画廊遇龙河店) and honestly, the experience was something special. The location is excellent, right beside major attractions, making it very convenient to get around Yangshuo without wasting time on transport. Everything feels within reach. One thing that stood out is their 24/7 home-like service. You can contact them anytime, and they are always responsive and helpful, which makes the stay very comfortable. They also offer 24/7 e-motor rental, which is a must in Yangshuo since it’s part of the local travel culture. Just a small tip — remember to take the umbrella attachment for the bike, the sun can be really intense. What truly makes this place different is the personalised, family-like service. The staff actually pay attention to your habits and travel style, and recommend activities that genuinely suit you instead of pushing touristy options. For example, one day we got caught in the rain while riding back. The staff had actually messaged us earlier to take shelter, but we missed it and ended up drenched. When we returned, they immediately suggested we take a hot shower and even prepared a pot of hot ginger tea with red dates, personally delivering it to our room. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture. This is not a typical five- or six-star luxury hotel, but that’s not the point. The atmosphere is unique — cosy, warm, and genuinely homely. It feels less like staying at a hotel and more like being taken care of by people who actually care. Highly recommended if you value comfort, warmth, and a more personal travel experience."

"This guesthouse really gave me an amazing stay, a definite five-star recommendation! ✨ 🌟 Facilities: The private small balcony in the room was incredibly comfortable. Drinking coffee there in the morning and enjoying the night view in the evening was truly therapeutic. The bathroom was spacious, not cramped at all, and the toiletries were very well-stocked, making for an excellent shower experience. 📍 Superb Location: It's just a few minutes' walk to West Street, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and visiting popular spots. Yet, it's not noisy at all, so sleeping at night was very peaceful. 🛵 Special thanks to the owner! They proactively asked if we needed an electric scooter. The price was great, and the scooter was practically new. Riding the little electric scooter around the area was so liberating and enjoyable~ Overall, the guesthouse is clean and cozy, and you can feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit! 👍"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right on the main road outside the West Street commercial area. It's only a 1-minute walk to the entrance of West Street, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-laid out, fully equipped, and offer great value for money."

"Relatively cheap accommodation with window/balcony facing karst mountain, and just 100m from the Li River. Some nice Thai themed embellishments decorate the rooms. Bed is only a small 'double' and has one useable powerpoint near bed right side + light controls. Aircon works well (only small room so to be expected). Overall, OK for 100 RMB per night, but does have a few issues. Booked the 'special promotion' room. Trip.com indicates a room size of 12m square metres, which is incorrect. I measured it at 9.5 square, including the bathroom. If including the small balcony (2.5 sq m), the total room area is 12m best case. Only large enough for single occupancy, with small amount of luggage. Two people would need to climb over eachother to move around. No where near enough space for two - luggage would need to be kept outside on the balcony! Hot water works but is not properly calibrated. Either boiling hot or freezing cold. Extremely difficult to find the right temperature to shower with any comfort. I put full hot, and waited. Water got super hot after 40 seconds. Adjusted to reduce by setting at middle between hot/cold, but water temperature remained super hot. Then pushed to full cold. Water temperature transitioned to cold 29 seconds later. Then put back to middle position but water remained dead cold. Tested this both ways for at least 4 minutes each and remained either scolding hot or freezing cold!! Hotel provides signs to indicate desire to 'please clean room' and I hang this on outer door handle for two days, but to no avail So can only assume the owners don't provide this service. This establishment is only rated as a 2 star hotel, and given the low price point, you really can't complain - on the condition that the tariff is low. Acceptable for 100 -120 RMB per night. Unacceptable for much more than this though."

"Choosing the Xianting Hotel for my Xingping trip was definitely the right call; the overall experience exceeded my expectations! The environment and scenery are incredible. The hotel is surrounded by karst mountains, and the courtyard is quiet and tranquil. In the morning, you can watch the mist over the mountains, and in the evening, enjoy the sunset over the peaks. It’s an immersive experience of the beautiful Lijiang landscapes, truly setting a fantastic vacation mood. The rooms are very clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the room service is meticulous and attentive – they're always there when you need them, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I have to give a special shout-out to the owner. They are genuinely kind and warm-hearted, and incredibly enthusiastic towards guests. They proactively helped with luggage upon arrival and thoughtfully explained all the must-see spots in Xingping, along with tips to avoid tourist traps. They were so practical and heartwarming, just like a kind elder from your own family. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Xingping. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yangshuo!"

"The environment is great, with everything you need, very quiet, and very close to Yangshuo Station. There were three of us families bringing our children together, and the boss was very enthusiastic about picking us up and dropping us off. When I was leaving, I was stuck in traffic at the scenic area and couldn't get my luggage back in time, so the boss helped me to send it to the roadside, so I didn't have to go back to get it. I arrived 10 minutes before the high-speed train departed. If the boss hadn't helped to send the luggage, I would definitely have missed the high-speed train. It was really a very touching trip!"
