Located in Haneda Airport Garden, it's a very convenient 5-minute walk at a normal pace to T3 departures and arrivals. The room faced Tokyo Bay and was incredibly quiet. The 10th-floor onsen has three outdoor pools with great views, one of which allows you to lie flat on the stones – incredibly comfortable! Indoors, there are four or five different-sized pools, including natural hot springs, jet massage baths, and carbonated baths. The facility is large, well-designed for efficient movement, impeccably clean, and the service is excellent. After your bath, there's a self-service fridge with Morinaga ice milk for 190 yen. You can charge it to your room and pay at check-out, or use the self-service machine in the resting area by the pools. No need to bring your own bath towels or face towels. Plus, the hotel mini-bar has about five or six types of complimentary beverages.

This hotel is located in Ginza, making it very convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining. It's a business-style hotel, and while the room is a bit small, it's perfectly adequate for a single business traveler. A real highlight is the hot spring on the basement floor, and the supper and breakfast on the second floor are excellent.

The customer service proactively followed up, communicated efficiently, and handled the situation professionally. They were able to push for problem resolution from a customer experience perspective, demonstrating a mature platform service system. This level of after-sales responsiveness is quite high among current online travel platforms. Overall Rating: The hotel's hardware and positioning are fine, but there's room for improvement in service consistency, especially regarding the first-day delivery standards of housekeeping management. Trip.com's coordination and service performance in this incident, on the other hand, highlighted the professional value of their platform.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, so satisfying! I'm a huge fan of hot springs, so I booked this onsen hotel. The first day was a bit of an adventure trying to find it – I walked for about 20 minutes, which felt like almost two hours. But then I realized, after dropping my daughter off at the clinic, when I went to look for the hotel myself, I found it super easily. It's right next to the subway exit! The next three days were smooth sailing; the stay was really comfortable. The hot spring here is the real deal, and it felt amazing. Plus, the breakfast is incredibly abundant. For the first three days, we always went for breakfast at the last minute, close to 9:00 AM. On the first morning, we were pretty lucky – I thought it ended at 9:30, so we went at 9:00, and we were the last two people there. On the fourth day, we had to catch a flight, so we went down early at 6:30 AM. Well, we went down at 6:15 AM and found that it wasn't 6:30 yet, but there were already so many Japanese men queuing up! It really shows that Tokyo isn't a place for slackers. Also, in the evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, they have a cocktail hour where you can freely enjoy coffee and other beverages. I missed this the first two days because I usually got back to the hotel around 10 PM. We made it the last two days, and it was fantastic! They even give you tips on how to mix your own cocktails right there. Due to the timing of my booking, these four nights were quite expensive. I later checked, and the price for the following week was much more reasonable. So, if you can catch it on a good value-for-money day, it's excellent. The front desk also lets you choose your pillow, which I thought was a really nice touch – they have high, low, latex, and even ones filled with buckwheat husks. And you can take free bath salts, tea, and even face masks. On the last day, you can get face masks! They also offer a supplement that helps you stay refreshed and alert if you take three a day, which I found very thoughtful. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel, except for the first night when I struggled to find it. I spent a lot of time; we arrived at the 'Jidai' subway station at 8:30 PM but didn't reach the hotel until 10:30 PM. Other than that, everything else was perfectly fine!

Being in/near Akihabara made it simple to enjoy the area’s shops, food, and attractions without dealing with long commutes. The room was comfortable enough for a restful stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing hot spring stay in a convenient Akihabara spot.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station Exit 35. From Haneda Airport, you can take a bus directly to the Sunshine City bus stop. The hotel staff, including the front desk and restaurant, were all excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. On the 15th floor, there's a hot spring bath, with Yakult available in the mornings and ice cream in the evenings. The ice cream was really good – on our first day, we foolishly bought ice cream at the supermarket, but after that, we just waited for the complimentary evening ice cream! Oh, and there's free ramen available after 9:30 PM. Everything was great, apart from the small room size.

I chose this hotel because of its location (10-15 min walk from nearest train station) and the onsen. There is a 7-11 conveniently located right across the hotel which is perfect for a quick breakfast / supper. The hotel’s onsen operates from 6AM-10AM and 3PM-2AM. It was so nice to take a dip in the warm onsen and enjoy the Tokyo skyline after a full day of walking. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Shinjuku area that offers some peace amidst the hustle and bustle!

It was a small but lovely hotel. You take your shoes off at the beginning and walk without shoes. At night they have free ramen which was delicious and their morning breakfast was crazy good. The hotel is a little older but it was clean. And all the amenities and it’s location make this place so worth it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently situated near Ueno station and a nearby subway station, making travel around the city very easy. One of the highlights of the stay was the thoughtful amenities. The hotel offers an onsen, complimentary soba in the evening, and jelly desserts, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The breakfast was especially impressive-delicious and well worth the price. The room size(around14square meters) was impact but comfortable, suitable for 2 people. Additional blankets can be requested at the front desk if needed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very throughout the stay. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel and had a great experience. The downside was the elevator, which can be slow and crowded during peaking times. However, if you’re staying on a lower floor, using the stairs is a convenient alternative.

This is a reasonably priced hotel in Tokyo where you can enjoy a hot spring bath. It's not simply a 'downgrade' alternative to a Dormy Inn; Super Hotel has its own unique charm. While the rooms aren't large, the space is efficiently utilized. You can slide a large suitcase under the bed, which effectively creates a lot more room. You can also choose your own pillow. The room uses a password entry system, so you don't have to worry about losing your key card. The hot bath was very comfortable too. The surrounding area is full of traditional Japanese charm, which is quite interesting. I even had a heated argument with a few elderly 'rebellious' ladies... Of course, Ikebukuro itself has plenty of places to explore. Tobu Duty-Free offers tax-free shopping without any processing fees, and there's often a long queue, likely for Montbell. Personally, I'd recommend the Montbell in Kagoshima, as they have more discounts. From Ikebukuro, you can use your JR pass to visit Kawagoe and Omiya, which are less crowded than Tokyo and also great for exploring.
