"I really loved staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Asakusa and very close to major attractions. It only takes about 3–4 minutes to walk to Sensoji Temple, which is very convenient. Don Quijote is just a 4-minute walk away, and Uniqlo and other shopping areas are also nearby.
The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The onsen facilities are excellent, with several types of baths to choose from, making it very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. One of my favorite parts was the complimentary ramen served at night — such a nice touch!
The staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Asakusa. It’s very convenient, comfortable, and relaxing."

"Was a last min booking and only managed to grab their smallest room which was extremely small that you wont be able to open your luggage freely and still have space to walk about in room.
Hotel provided many compact size amenities like facial wash, lotion, face serums, Vit C serums, pajamas and even multiples different pillows for selections and many more..
Room offered branded ReFa hairdryer. Staff were very friendly. My location was around 8 mins walk from the station but the path back is safe align brightly lighted paths and roads and lots of eateries around the area. Lots of late night supper spots around the hotel.
A good consideration and worth staying but maybe to choose a bigger room unless you're a solo traveller or backpackers"
Kaminarimon and Sensou-ji Temple are walking range. There are free WiFi and public spa on the top floor.
"Hotel is good, like the Apa network. There are several more hotels in this network, larger. The rooms are small, ours wasn't quite comfortable, the head of the bed had a shelf that had to hit the head every time and the window closed so that you hit the corners at night too. It could be just curtains. In principle, cleanly, everything is in order."

"This was my first stay at Toyoko Inn, and this particular branch seems to have just opened in 2026. The room was quite spacious and the facilities were new, with a view of the Skytree. They offer free laundry machines (washer/dryer), and it's very close to Akabane Station with many shops around. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast area is a bit small and can get crowded, but the free breakfast itself was decent. I'd definitely come back again."

"Quite a disappointing stay. I initially thought it was a Dormy Inn because the first characters of the name were the same, and it was also a hot spring hotel, which made it very confusing. The service here was a world apart from Dormy Inn. The room was incredibly small. The breakfast in the pictures looked very rich, and I thought it would be a lavish buffet, but it turned out to be just a bento box, and they didn't even provide cutlery. The price wasn't cheap either. It really ruined my mood. The hot spring was also tiny, and they didn't even provide hair dryers in the hot spring area."

"It was a small but lovely hotel. You take your shoes off at the beginning and walk without shoes. At night they have free ramen which was delicious and their morning breakfast was crazy good.
The hotel is a little older but it was clean. And all the amenities and it’s location make this place so worth it."

Amazing
GGuest UserThis hotel is located on the second floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 3. You can see the signs directly after exiting international arrivals. The facilities are new, and the room size is adequate. The river view rooms offer great sunset views. There's an outdoor hot spring bath. The mini-bar is free and well-stocked. Breakfast is à la carte, with a choice of Japanese or Western style, and it's quite delicious. Shopping and dining are convenient. It's perfect for catching an early flight.

GGuest UserEvery time I visit Japan, I always stay at a Dormy Inn chain hot spring hotel. They're usually located right by a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's almost always a supermarket right outside too. But what really draws me in is their amazing and varied breakfast, and of course, the natural hot springs. This particular hotel is very close to Mitsukoshi Department Store, and the room even has a small balcony, which is just perfect!

JJason.ZhI had a great stay at Dormy Inn Akihabara. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but small sufficient for a solo traveller, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore the area. The complimentary onsen and late-night ramen were a really nice touch. I’d happily stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station Exit 35. From Haneda Airport, you can take a bus directly to the Sunshine City bus stop.
The hotel staff, including the front desk and restaurant, were all excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. On the 15th floor, there's a hot spring bath, with Yakult available in the mornings and ice cream in the evenings. The ice cream was really good – on our first day, we foolishly bought ice cream at the supermarket, but after that, we just waited for the complimentary evening ice cream! Oh, and there's free ramen available after 9:30 PM.
Everything was great, apart from the small room size.

FFenmaoshiguanjunI've stayed at many Dormy Inn hotels, and this time I chose the Korakuen location in Tokyo. The facilities are consistent with other branches, and the hot spring is on the basement level, so there's no outdoor bath like some other locations. Breakfast was decent. I have two complaints, though. First, this hotel might be an old building renovation, as the elevators are incredibly slow; you have to wait ages every time. Second, at other Dormy Inn branches, you can self-check-in, but here, the front desk insisted we check in with them manually. Their efficiency was terrible; it wasted so much of our time and was slower than if we had done it ourselves. I really wonder what they're thinking sometimes!
KKim Wei TanA memorable stay at Kamenoi. Took me a while to walk from JR Ome to Kamenoi, but I think it's worthwhile. Amazing stay, with a public bath and beautiful garden beside a river near the hotel. FYI...There are pet friendly rooms.
VvjongThe location is very good. Very close to subway, JR and Shinkansen. Many restaurants and shopping in the area including a very famous ramen downstairs. The room is clean and the onsen is as great as usual but a little small. Another issue is there is only 1 lift so it could take time to wait for lift. I did not enjoy the free ramen at night but I have no reason to question its quality! Overall, great value for money!

BBuchadianshenghuoThe hotel's location was excellent, and the rooms were very spacious, exceeding my expectations. The hotel was immaculately clean, truly spotless. Each floor has six rooms that share a common lounge area. After each use, staff would come to clean it thoroughly, restoring it to its pristine condition, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member at the hotel was extremely kind and friendly. I particularly loved the rooftop hot spring; after a soak, they even provided ice-cold milk, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.
XXiaoJay89Overall experience is good although the room is slightly small for 2 persons. About less than 10mins walk to Shinjuku town area.
The onsen is amazing with the entire Shinjuku view.
Highly recommended.

TTatianaK.The hotel is quite far from the main subway line, besides not all trains stop at Shinbanba station, which is something to keep in mind, if you travel from Haneda airport. So, you need to get off at Shinagawa station, then change for a local train to get to Shinbanba that could be a bit inconvenient. By the way, there is no elevator at both exits at the station Shinbanba, only at one side, you shoud be aware of it, if you have heavy luggage.
On the other hand, if you have plans to explore Odaiba island, then the hotel is very convenient, but you have to walk about 15 minutes to get to the Rinkai line to go to Odaiba.
In general, the hotel itself is small, but cozy. There is a supermarket near by the hotel. Hot bath is bit small, but it's quite unusual having onsen for business class hotels in Tokyo. There are some unlimited drinks in the hotel, which is very convenient. We liked the breakfasts. And the staff is very friendly.
