"Highly, highly recommended! My husband said from now on we're only staying at this hotel group's hot spring resorts. The comfort and service are excellent, plus they offer late-night snacks, hot springs, popsicles, and a fantastic breakfast... We both left feeling incredibly happy. It was infinitely better than the hotel we stayed at in Shinjuku previously."

"The most spacious hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo; it's clean, comfortable, and even has a natural hot spring. It's a bit far from the city center, but the TX line gets you there directly in 42 minutes. Plus, there's an airport bus that goes straight to the airport, and the price is great! The surrounding area is also very relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"Though small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway. What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly. A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!"

"This was my first stay at Toyoko Inn, and this particular branch seems to have just opened in 2026. The room was quite spacious and the facilities were new, with a view of the Skytree. They offer free laundry machines (washer/dryer), and it's very close to Akabane Station with many shops around. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast area is a bit small and can get crowded, but the free breakfast itself was decent. I'd definitely come back again."

GGuest UserIt was our first time staying at Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport, as we usually stayed at the adjacent Villa Fontaine Hotel. The Premier property definitely feels more upscale and refined. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. Unlike the sister hotel next door, the front desk here is staffed with courteous and attentive personnel. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, we left our luggage with the staff and went shopping. Upon returning, our suitcases—and another one delivered by Yamato Transport—had already been brought up to our room, which was a very nice touch. We stayed in a Deluxe King River View room. It was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, a generous washroom featuring a deep bathtub, and a long sofa by the window that was perfect for relaxing or having a quick meal. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, and the overall room design felt modern yet cozy. The wardrobe wasn’t particularly large but sufficient for coats and travel clothes. We didn’t try the breakfast as we had an early flight at 7 AM, but the convenience store downstairs made it easy to pick up yogurt, fruits, and light snacks. Another charming feature was the aroma pouch-making station in the lobby, where guests can choose from several fragrances — it’s a small but thoughtful detail and a lovely souvenir idea. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient, especially for travellers catching early flights — it took only about 10 minutes to reach our airline’s check-in counter after checking out. The hotel also provides easy access to Tokyo’s major shopping areas like Shibuya and Tokyo Station. We’ll certainly be back on our next visit to Haneda!

GGuest UserEvery time I visit Japan, I always stay at a Dormy Inn chain hot spring hotel. They're usually located right by a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's almost always a supermarket right outside too. But what really draws me in is their amazing and varied breakfast, and of course, the natural hot springs. This particular hotel is very close to Mitsukoshi Department Store, and the room even has a small balcony, which is just perfect!

FFenmaoshiguanjunI've stayed at many Dormy Inn hotels, and this time I chose the Korakuen location in Tokyo. The facilities are consistent with other branches, and the hot spring is on the basement level, so there's no outdoor bath like some other locations. Breakfast was decent. I have two complaints, though. First, this hotel might be an old building renovation, as the elevators are incredibly slow; you have to wait ages every time. Second, at other Dormy Inn branches, you can self-check-in, but here, the front desk insisted we check in with them manually. Their efficiency was terrible; it wasted so much of our time and was slower than if we had done it ourselves. I really wonder what they're thinking sometimes!

GGuest UserThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station Exit 35. From Haneda Airport, you can take a bus directly to the Sunshine City bus stop. The hotel staff, including the front desk and restaurant, were all excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. On the 15th floor, there's a hot spring bath, with Yakult available in the mornings and ice cream in the evenings. The ice cream was really good – on our first day, we foolishly bought ice cream at the supermarket, but after that, we just waited for the complimentary evening ice cream! Oh, and there's free ramen available after 9:30 PM. Everything was great, apart from the small room size.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and amenities are good. The meals provided are superb especially their dinners. Their onsen has both indoor and outdoor baths and the water is hot enough. Rooms are large and shower pressure was good. Location wise it’s about 15 minutes walk from Ome station and the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the station at regular intervals ( see picture below for schedule ). There is a picturesque park next to the hotel which has fantastic autumn foliage and many nice walking paths. The hotel is dog friendly.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently situated near Ueno station and a nearby subway station, making travel around the city very easy. One of the highlights of the stay was the thoughtful amenities. The hotel offers an onsen, complimentary soba in the evening, and jelly desserts, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The breakfast was especially impressive-delicious and well worth the price. The room size(around14square meters) was impact but comfortable, suitable for 2 people. Additional blankets can be requested at the front desk if needed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very throughout the stay. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel and had a great experience. The downside was the elevator, which can be slow and crowded during peaking times. However, if you’re staying on a lower floor, using the stairs is a convenient alternative.

ZZulkarneainThis clean and comfortable hotel offers a spacious, quiet stay with excellent public transit access and an hourly shuttle to Tsukiji Market. While colocated with a shopping mall, its slightly remote location and extra fees for parking and the onsen may deter some travelers. The Highlights Impeccable Rooms: The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and highly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.Excellent Transit Access: Unbeatable connectivity with multiple train service options and bus stops located right nearby. Convenient Location: Situated directly above/alongside a shopping mall, giving you immediate access to dining and retail.Shuttle Service: Features an hourly shuttle bus to the famous Tsukiji Market, making sightseeing a breeze. Helpful Staff & Amenities: Handy lobby amenities and seamless luggage storage if you arrive early or have a late flight. The Drawbacks Out of the Way: It is situated a bit far from the main city center, though the area remains pleasantly quiet and peaceful.Extra Fees: Be prepared to pay extra for parking and the on-site onsen, as neither is complimentary. Overall Verdict: A highly functional and comfortable stay that balances a peaceful, slightly off-the-beaten-path location with stellar transport links and a convenient shuttle. Ideal for travelers who prioritize space, cleanliness, and transit convenience over being right in the heart of the bustling city center.

WWanderlust Y AventurasIt was a small but lovely hotel. You take your shoes off at the beginning and walk without shoes. At night they have free ramen which was delicious and their morning breakfast was crazy good. The hotel is a little older but it was clean. And all the amenities and it’s location make this place so worth it.

TTatianaK.The hotel is quite far from the main subway line, besides not all trains stop at Shinbanba station, which is something to keep in mind, if you travel from Haneda airport. So, you need to get off at Shinagawa station, then change for a local train to get to Shinbanba that could be a bit inconvenient. By the way, there is no elevator at both exits at the station Shinbanba, only at one side, you shoud be aware of it, if you have heavy luggage. On the other hand, if you have plans to explore Odaiba island, then the hotel is very convenient, but you have to walk about 15 minutes to get to the Rinkai line to go to Odaiba. In general, the hotel itself is small, but cozy. There is a supermarket near by the hotel. Hot bath is bit small, but it's quite unusual having onsen for business class hotels in Tokyo. There are some unlimited drinks in the hotel, which is very convenient. We liked the breakfasts. And the staff is very friendly.
