"I super like this hotel, is like a home not a hotel.. although procedure keeping shoes in outside security box slightly troublesome but when u come in is in clean status and they prepare free ice cream which is delicious 😋 and udon but I didn't eat.. haha..
And you have refill water on lobby area
So is super good , really amaze with the amenities in the hotel and for room although is small but is clean and good quality and everything is in tidy condition.. thx hotel for provide all good...
Location also strategic because is just right opposite on our day tour gathering and nearby have one sushi outlet shiro which my husband like it very much..

"Stayed here for our last night in Japan. First timer staying at this establishment. Excellent location just that need to walk quite a bit from the Kansai airport, thats all. About 10 minutes walk, no biggie. But beware! the hotel lobby counters are manned by dinosaurs!🤣 Great onsens, rooms were excellent with wonderful views of the sea side but like usual, dont expect great space for your luggage in the room. Will definitely stay here again in the future nevertheless."

"My stay at Dormy Inn PREMIUM Namba was truly excellent overall!
The service, location, and facilities were all undoubtedly great.
First, the location is incredibly convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi, making it perfect for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were also very accommodating and polite, which made me feel very comfortable.
I particularly enjoyed the onsen facilities; it was so relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a day of shopping. Plus, the complimentary Yonaki ramen and ice cream every evening were something I looked forward to every day – it felt like a real treat.
The only minor downside was a bit of dust in the room. It would have been even better if daily cleaning service was provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Osaka."

"I was skeptical before stepping in but it was a pleasant surprise. They have individual shoe cabinets for you to lock your shoes, they even provide socks to walk around the hotel. The room is very clean and smells good, bed so comfortable i slept so well. The shampoo and conditioner, face and hand wash were of great quality and necessary amenities were provided.
Although its a public onsen, i love the thoughtful free ice cream after onsen which i went once throughout my 3 nights stay, the only bad memory was that at the shower area i could smell strong urine. Other than that everything was perfect. Train station very nearby, lots of food around and a Lawson just next door. I would like to book this hotel again when i return to Osaka."

"The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second,
upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service."

"This is a Japanese hotel chain; I had a good experience staying at one in Tokyo before! The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from JR Namba Station and also a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. It's easily accessible from Kansai Airport by subway in about 40 minutes, and Universal Studios is 50 minutes away by subway. The surrounding area offers great convenience for dining and shopping. There's a FamilyMart across the street and a 7-Eleven next door. Daimaru department store, Ichiran Ramen, and Don Quijote are all within walking distance. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle, making it a great choice for shopping and transfers. The hotel facilities are very new, and the service is excellent. Although the breakfast is simple, it's well-prepared. The hot spring bath is very small, probably full with just four people. Self-service laundry is 200 yen, and drying is free. The room is very compact; once you open your suitcase, it's hard to open the bathroom door. On the ground floor, there's a lobby where you can choose pillows of different firmness and heights."

AAlways on the tripThis hotel is incredibly close to Universal Studios Japan, and you can even see the park from your room. Dining options nearby are very convenient. The room itself isn't huge, but it's perfectly functional. I especially loved the showerhead – the water pressure was fantastic, making for a really comfortable shower, and the hairdryer was powerful. Breakfast was pretty standard in terms of variety and taste, but still acceptable.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Sakurajima JR Station, making it super easy to get to Universal Studios Japan and the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. While it's still accessible to central Osaka areas like Shinsaibashi, Namba, and Umeda by train, it's not as convenient as staying in the city center itself, as trains here only run every 15 minutes, which is less frequent than downtown. The hotel is close to Osaka Bay, offering some nice views, but aside from a convenience store, there aren't many dining options nearby.
The hotel itself looks quite luxurious, is very spacious, and has a large number of rooms. It offers pretty good value for money compared to other hotels in the same price range. You can also store your luggage before check-in, and they even deliver it to your room when you do check in. In terms of service, one of the bellhops was very enthusiastic, but the lady at the front desk who handled my check-in was a bit indifferent and seemed impatient when there were language communication issues. The hotel's onsen (hot spring) is also quite large and very relaxing.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a market, a little hard to find. It's about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. The market is quite nice to visit. It's the kind of local market. There are Chinese services at the front desk. However, the room is quite small. A 26-inch suitcase can barely fit in the room. The hotel has its own hot spring service, but I didn't experience it. There is a bottle of mineral water and a small refrigerator. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

GGuest UserThis is a great value hotel which is very well placed for Univsersal studios, SpaWorld and central Osaka being very close to the Osaka loop and Chuo train lines. The room was clean and check in and check out was simple. The views over osaka were amazing. I was howeverdisappointed that there is no gym at the hotel as I specifically filtered for hotels with a gym. There is one close by that can be used but it costs extra to use this so be aware when bookiny (about 800 yen) and the opening times are very restrictive (not open Tuesdays and only open from 9am). This should be made clearer on the trip.com information about the hotel.

The hotel has a policy that guests must put out a 'clean my room' sign before 10 AM each day for full housekeeping. Otherwise, only towels and trash bags will be replaced. Even with full cleaning, it's just a basic tidying up; linens and pillowcases are not changed.
## Location:
It's a bit far from Osaka JR Station, but you can get there directly via bus #88. There's a convenience store downstairs, but not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
## Facilities:
There's a public bath (which is also open to the public, so it can get very crowded in the evenings). On the first floor, the lobby offers soda, coffee, and an ice machine for guests to use at any time.

MMingmingshitianshiThe room was good. Although small, it was enough for a family of three. I booked a twin room, but it didn't have a bathtub. The hotel switched me to a room with a tub. The bed was smaller, but still comfortable enough to sleep in. After soaking in the hot spring every day, there were free ice cream sticks to enjoy to your heart's content, and Yakult in the morning. For this alone, it deserves a full 5 stars. The only downside was that the hotel had too many tour groups, all Koreans, and their etiquette was quite poor. In the hot spring area, I saw an elderly Korean woman scrubbing dirt off herself in the pool, and some people spitting... My goodness! 🤦♀️

GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient. Fukushima Station is right outside the hotel, and Umeda is just one stop away, making it incredibly handy. There's a convenience store downstairs, a yakitori place right across the street, and even a delicious revolving sushi restaurant on the hotel's first basement floor – all excellent dining options! A pretty famous Oden restaurant (about a 7-8 minute walk away) is also worth checking out! Our family of four had a great rest with the four beds provided. Plus, it's not far from Universal Studios either.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is within 10 mins walking distance from the metro station though it may not be best ideal when you need to walk back to the hotel late at night with hand full of shopping.
I am not a smoker and i was known at point of booking that the room is for smoker though would be nice if at point of check in the hotel can ask me again so a possibly to have a non smoking room.
There were massage chair outside of the onsen foyer which I am quite appreciated though even with the blinds down in the evening, the sun is still creaking through the side of the blinds showering directly to my face which can get quite hot and stopping me to open my eyes during my massage on the chair.
Suggest also to have more information on the commute to Namba station for early train to airport when metro is not available.
There is no USB plug in the room and I am glad that I have prepared my own socket.
Overall I have a good experience staying at this hotel and I see that some of the details can be easily improved to elevate the hospitality.

KKukudefeiniaoThis hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...
