Hot Spring Hotels in Osaka

The environment is excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. The window offers a great view, the room is spacious, and the ceiling height is good. I looked forward to coming back to the hotel every day. I visited Universal Studios for two consecutive days. The hotel is right by the JR station, offering a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area.

The hotel is located in a market, a little hard to find. It's about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. The market is quite nice to visit. It's the kind of local market. There are Chinese services at the front desk. However, the room is quite small. A 26-inch suitcase can barely fit in the room. The hotel has its own hot spring service, but I didn't experience it. There is a bottle of mineral water and a small refrigerator. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

We stayed in a twin room with our elementary school-aged child (3 people in total) and slept comfortably with no major issues. We enjoyed the complimentary beer, about two glasses a day, except on the day we went to Universal Studios. We also used the hot springs twice; the baths were spacious and, most importantly, not crowded, which was great. We had breakfast all three days, and the spread was decent and delicious. We'd definitely revisit! Oh, and the ramen served in the evening was also very good.

Absolutely perfect hotel, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka! The location is fantastic – super convenient for getting to Shinsaibashi and USJ. Plus, you can access the JR line directly from the hotel's second floor without even having to go outside. The room's interior space is incredibly well-designed. Even though it's only 15 square meters, the layout is so efficient that it's perfectly comfortable for two people. The bathroom is quite spacious, and there's a mini-fridge inside the cabinet. The TV offers a wide variety of channels – they've thought of everything! You get an amazing view of Osaka's night skyline at any time, and the sunrise and sunset are absolutely beautiful with such a clear blue sky. Finally, I highly recommend checking out the breakfast buffet on the 51st floor. The food is absolutely delicious, and enjoying a meal while taking in the incredible view is the perfect way to end your trip. Pure bliss!

That was my second stay at the Candeo chain but this one I loved more for location and better reception guys and girls who make you feel a special guest or even a friend, not just doing their job. I really appreciate that. Wanna say huge thanks to everyone who work there, I cannot skip to mention an English speaking guy (I don’t wanna post his name for his privacy), his friendliness, kindness and sense of humor made me smile every time. And for sure I’m gonna back to this hotel only, don’t even wanna look for another one for my next trip to Osaka. Thank you, guys, you’re the best! You all are sunshine! P.S. The hotel located literally in the middle of everything you need. Don’t even think, just book it and you’ll be satisfied at maximum, I swear.

I tried numerous times to contact them regarding sending my luggage in advance before I arrived, and they did not answer so I then sent a message on this app and after all of that, they refused my luggage and sent it back to where it came from. I found this to be very very unprofessional after I contacted them about this. They made contact with the courier company and had it resent as I had explained I tried numerous ways of trying to communicate with them about this matter, and unfortunately, I was not successful and in the end it caused quite a lot of stress. Following this matter, everything went very smoothly, but the initial the first impression was not terribly positive.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right across from Fukushima Station, with a direct Kanku Express line to the airport. It's also just a 3-minute walk to the Hanshin Line station for trips to Kobe. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the service is excellent. We booked two rooms, and they proactively arranged for them to be on the same floor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Osaka.

Me and my husband enjoyed the stay very much. The hot spring was really good the room, even though it was very small. It was adequate enough and the hotel staff were very friendly and everything else was good. We would consider coming back here again if we are ever in Osaka.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently accessible from either Nippombashi or Nagahoribashi subway stations. The best option is Exit 10 at Nippombashi Station, which has an elevator – perfect if you have heavy luggage and want to avoid stairs. Dotonbori is right across the street from the hotel, and Shinsaibashi is also very close, making shopping incredibly convenient. You can even walk to Namba Station, though it's a bit further, where you'll find Takashimaya department store, which is great for browsing. The hotel has a hot spring bath, which is popular with Korean guests, and offers unlimited ice cream and Yakult! The front desk staff are warm and polite, and some even speak Chinese. There's a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs, making it super easy to grab snacks. The hotel breakfast is bountiful, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...
