"We stayed here for our first night in Osaka. This was supposed to be a transitional stay before we checked into a 5 star hotel the next day but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is very convenient, directly above one of the entrances to the Sakasuji line which takes you to Dotonbori in less than 20 minutes. There’s also a Family Mart and 7-11 a few steps away. The check in/check out process is fast and painless. They give you a coin at check in to use on the drink dispenser for a complimentary drink (mostly alcoholic with the exception of grapefruit juice). I booked a standard twin room here for one night and I found the room to be slightly more spacious compared to similar rooms elsewhere I’ve stayed in Japan. The hotel feels quite new and our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The branding is on point here with their logo on everything. I loved the little touches this hotel adds such as having a little station in the lobby for picking up complimentary amenities and the shoe care kit in our room. The rain shower in our room was very spacious and had the best water pressure of any hotel I stayed at on this trip. We did not eat breakfast here but we did enjoy the complimentary DIY coffee station in the morning. In fact, this was my favorite part of the hotel. I absolutely loved being able to choose and grind my own coffee beans to make my pourover - what a fun feature! They also held our bags for free on check out! I wish we could’ve stayed here longer to enjoy all the features such as the live musician in the evening. Overall, this hotel was an exceptional value and I would stay here again the next time I visit Osaka."

"The best thing about this hotel is its excellent location, not far from Osaka Station, just over a kilometer away. You can easily walk back. Japanese hotel rooms are generally clean and tidy, and this one is no exception. The room isn't small, and the mattress is quite comfortable and doesn't feel cheap. If you're exploring Osaka, I think this hotel is a solid choice."

"🚎 Commute: Just a 1-minute walk from Ebisucho Station Exit 3 to the hotel! Super convenient! Dotonbori is only two subway stops away, or about a 25-minute walk. Hygiene: I was personally very satisfied, although the air conditioning had a strange smell for the last two days, not sure why. Housekeeping: They bring fresh towels and bottled water every day! Thumbs up! Honestly, I don't use that many towels, haha. They also clean the room and make the bed on the second day of your stay. Bathroom: It's quite compact, but the shower pressure is excellent, making for a refreshing wash. Taller or larger guests might find it a bit inconvenient. 🤓 In summary: The best choice for solo travelers! If I come to Osaka again, I'd recommend staying at this hotel. It's also very quiet at night; I was worried it might be noisy, but it wasn't at all. The guests in the neighboring rooms were all very considerate. 😇 🥹🥹 A wonderful trip to Osaka!"

"Perfect location - Very close to Shin Imamiya Station for the JR and Nankai lines. They also let you leave your luggage on checkout day. And the breakfast buffet is good. I do not worry about the smell on my clothes when I go out because they provide fabric freshener spray. I availed of the 2-day Nankai pass to cover Kansai Airport, Namba and Koyasan because of this hotel. Will stay again next time I am in Osaka."
