It was a small room at first. I found a cockroach on the bed. The service was very good. I immediately changed to a slightly larger room. There was no smell and a conversion plug. The first floor is a shop, and there are many people going up and down the elevator. There are companions who book this hotel together. The price is still very high.

Would like to shout out for the very warm and sweet update of the room this time, much appreciate it! :) I forgot to bring my charger this time and thanks to the staff who stayed in 18/F (on duty) for help, she made sure I had what I wanted and asked me to check if the charger worked before she left my room. To ensure the guest has what they need, this thoughtful action/help is very sweet! Sadly the wooden toothbrush problem still hasn't been solved, this time is even worse... when the wooden toothbrush got wet, it smelled so bad @@... I really hope the purchasing team who purchase this item really use and try them before providing this. Put yourself into someone's shoes. Anyway, I am sure Eaton will always do their best and I will definitely share and recommend whoever coming to visit HK to stay in this pretty chill and friendly hotel. :)
