The water pressure of the shower was very low. The water temperature was not stable. Breakfast services in room was packed in plastic containers.

The location is a bit inconvenient to be fair, needs a fair bit of walking to get to public transport, in the HK heat it may be a problem. But generally the room is clean, place is nice. Honestly no complaints.

This was one of the most convenient and spacious hotels near Kwai Hing metro station. The front desk is ever vigilant to help you with your needs and give good directions about the area. They really know their customers. They gave me extra large rubbish bags when I needed them plus toilet tissue with other toiletries. The rooms have good space and security is top notch. Plenty of clean towels. I had a great night sleep and good space to work on business. Excellent view also :-) Cheers to the staff, I will definitely book again :-)

I stayed at the hotel for three days on a business trip recently. The overall experience was very good! In particular, the hotel's gym facilities are very complete, and the dumbbells and other equipment are very new and complete, and it is open 24 hours a day. The rooftop bar on the 15th floor has a beautiful view. The bar manager Joe is very enthusiastic and the cocktails he mixes are also very good. In the evening, you can enjoy the city view of Kowloon, especially at sunset, it is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. The bar is open from 5 to 11. Finally, the hotel's shuttle bus service is also very convenient. It runs every half an hour. Now the weather in Hong Kong is still a bit hot, and it is very considerate to have a shuttle bus. After sitting at the Airside shopping mall, you can walk directly to the subway station entrance. The subway to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui is also about 20 minutes. I especially want to praise the staff here, who are very friendly and enthusiastic. The nearby gymnasium and retail area will also open at the end of the year, and this area should be very lively at that time.

The hotel is easy to find because you can see the bldg. w/ Panda logo at the far distance. However, the only disadvantage for me is it's a little bit far from the MTR station and when you walk during the hot weather, it's kind of disturbing feeling, maybe it's just ok during winter time. Anyway,check in is smooth, good thing is that you don't need to deposit, just get directly into your room. Also there is a mall, restaurants, coffee shop, bakeshop at the groundfloor and around the building so you dont need to worry where to eat. Room is clean w/ big and small bed, but found something strange when I walk into the restroom to pee in the middle of the night and suddenly heard strange noise which bothers my sleep. Room rate is reasonable and near the Disneyland or if you want to go day tour in Macau by bus.

Silka hotel : Nice and accessible place to stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Complete facilities. The only thing I'm concern about is that the toilet and shower room has no divisions. Water flows when you take a bath only shower curtain cover, cannot stop the water from going out shower area. Slippery if you're not careful.

Quan Hotel in Hong Kong, this is a small hotel with a high CP value. Although the price has more than tripled during the May Day holiday, the price on weekdays should be very affordable. I recommend everyone that if you want to live in a different area than Tsim Sha Tsui, you can choose to live in this room, because it is only a 7-minute walk from the MTR-Tsuen Wan Station, and there is a barbecue restaurant downstairs - Chuanyaki Wang, there is also the KOLOR shopping mall in Tsuen Wan, there are 24-hour 7-11 and OK convenience stores nearby, there are also Yinlong Tea Restaurant, McDonald's, there is also a bank ATM downstairs where you can get money, and there is a traditional vegetable market for early risers. But there are still some things that can be improved, that is, there is no kettle for boiling water in the hotel, no refrigerator, and if you want disposable bath towels, you have to buy a $20 Hong Kong dollar from the counter, and you need to deposit $500 Hong Kong dollars when you check in. You can get a full refund with the deposit slip when you check in. The WiFi network speed is very slow and very stuck. Basically, the network speed needs to be improved, and it is a small hotel without an elevator. If your suitcase is heavy, you will basically move the suitcase Going up and down the stairs is very, very tiring! Surprisingly big for a single room in Hong Kong. Wasn't expecting much but comfortable enough. Efficient aircon. WiFi signal safe and consistent. Bathroom has separated shower cabinet with wash basin and racks plus ventilation and good lighting. Also quite a lot of cstorage space.
