Many times stay in Nina West Hotel , really enjoyable and good sleep . Many times gratitudes to Nina West Managment to upgrade our room , really appreciate It . We stayed many times in Nina west before go to China and after from China in this Sep 2024 trip We will come back soon ! This is the Best hotel in Hongkong ..we must say . Thank You very much for such awesome experiences in Nina West hotel.

Used to be a nice hotel before. Walking distance of about 10 mins from Tsuen wan MTR B/C exit. Small room with good amenities. Friendly staff and easy to check In facilities. Stayed in their Silka group all over asia.

I was arranged to say at Room2011 in which a cleanness and silent environment had been existed.Front office Mathew had provided a fast check in service to me into your hotel.Housekerping Dept had provided a clean environment into room

Silka is my first choice always mostly I book silka in term of cleaning , service and staff service and there behaviour is so good and kind.

This was one of the most convenient and spacious hotels near Kwai Hing metro station. The front desk is ever vigilant to help you with your needs and give good directions about the area. They really know their customers. They gave me extra large rubbish bags when I needed them plus toilet tissue with other toiletries. The rooms have good space and security is top notch. Plenty of clean towels. I had a great night sleep and good space to work on business. Excellent view also :-) Cheers to the staff, I will definitely book again :-)

The hotel is convenient with shuttle services that come every 15 to 30 mins.

We had fun, nice views, staff are nice, food are reasonable... superb spacious room more than I expected. very accomodating specially in spending quality time for a family staycation, quite Far from the city but good for those who want to escape from busy city of Hong kong... we stayed for 2 nights, kids had so much fun for the environment as a lot to go and roam around, beach view, childrens play ground,, swimming pool but we just swim once during our stay as Thunder storm is always around pool was closed most of the time, surely we will come back once again! Recommended 👌

No complimentary coffee/tea but that's fine. The bottled water not replenished, found out from Housekeeping it's one off only. Surprised but it's ok because there is kettle to boil water. Overall is value for money stay. A little quiet surroundings but that's because it's located in a semi industrial area. Good for business stays. Will want to stay again.

The room is very clean and only my concern is no free coffee😅😅😅😅 the view is beautiful !!! All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Quan Hotel in Hong Kong, this is a small hotel with a high CP value. Although the price has more than tripled during the May Day holiday, the price on weekdays should be very affordable. I recommend everyone that if you want to live in a different area than Tsim Sha Tsui, you can choose to live in this room, because it is only a 7-minute walk from the MTR-Tsuen Wan Station, and there is a barbecue restaurant downstairs - Chuanyaki Wang, there is also the KOLOR shopping mall in Tsuen Wan, there are 24-hour 7-11 and OK convenience stores nearby, there are also Yinlong Tea Restaurant, McDonald's, there is also a bank ATM downstairs where you can get money, and there is a traditional vegetable market for early risers. It is a small hotel that is simple but fully functional. The reception staff of the hotel are kind. I couldn’t find the hotel when I arrived in Tsuen Wan for the first time. I asked the taxi driver to call the hotel, and the reception staff personally came out to take me. The service was very good. But there are still some things that can be improved, that is, there is no kettle for boiling water in the hotel, no refrigerator, and if you want disposable bath towels, you have to buy a $20 Hong Kong dollar from the counter, and you need to deposit $500 Hong Kong dollars when you check in. You can get a full refund with the deposit slip when you check in. The WiFi network speed is very slow and very stuck. Basically, the network speed needs to be improved, and it is a small hotel without an elevator. If your suitcase is heavy, you will basically move the suitcase Going up and down the stairs is very, very tiring! The advantage is that there is a TV in the hotel room, and there are whole cans of shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom that you can use as you please, and the water flow in the shower is also very strong, making it very refreshing to take a shower! Downstairs there is a porridge shop that sells it very late, and I recommend a Chuanyao Wang-Barbecue shop next to the hotel. The food is delicious, the proprietress is kind and friendly, and the music and speakers are often played in the barbecue shop! It tastes so relaxing! Overall, I give ”Hong Kong Tsuen Hotel” a very high evaluation. At least the living functions are convenient and the price is relatively reasonable. If you are a couple staying here, you can go to the hotel counter to buy all kinds of Durex. This is a special service!
