The bad:
1) The hotel is on the 9th floor, while on the 8th floor there is a public house. The elevator only goes to the eight floor, so you will be holed up in the elevator with a bunch of horny men everytime you get in\out the hotel. If you're a woman travelling solo, I do NOT recommend. As far as I can see from the comments, no effort was made to repair the elevator in the 2 months that passed after my trip. The "visitors" of the 8th floor also pissed on the staircase on multiple occasions.
2) Nobody at the reception desk 24/7. If you ever forget your PIN, you will be forced to sleep in the hallway like I did. Even after hours of shouting and banging on walls\doors NOBODY came out.
3) Smells moisty wet.
The good:
1) The rooms are fine.
2) The location is amazing!
3) The open rooftop is really cool as well.

Have not met the owner but all neccesary details were sent to you before the date. I also requested a room type and the owner get me what I want. Plus, the location is superb nearby the MTR. The things that are not good is the dirty elevator and noise-unprotection wall, you can hear the conver of a nearby room but it's fine for me compared to other angles

Good hotel, had a room with a window, convenient location, near the metro. No soundproofing, so you can hear your neighbors, even when they just talk or turn on the water. But in the evening no one bothers. They cleaned every day and brought fresh towels.

Good location. Small room with its own bathroom, I think that's the most important thing. Noisy, lacks fresh repairs and cleanliness. Great common area with a great view.

Overall it's great. The room is a little damp, but it doesn't matter. Just turn on the air conditioner to dehumidify. The location is very good, very close to the subway station, there are many delicious foods nearby, and they clean every day, which is great~

The location is very convenient near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. I really like the public space environment and the open-air balcony👍👍, which is suitable for everyone traveling in Hong Kong! !

The accommodation is near the MRT. There is a 7-Eleven and a restaurant downstairs. The facilities are okay. It's worth the price. The staff are cute and respond to chats quickly. There is a common room to sit and relax. If I have a chance, I will definitely go back. I highly recommend it. 👍🏻
