Harbour Hella Inn

The worst place I've ever stayed in! The only thing that saved me was the view from the balcony and the girl who tried to help me with the lock!! I wrote to the hotel a day before check-in, but no one answered me! After I managed to go in and find the check-in location, to my surprise I found out that I still had to pay 220 Hong Kong dollars for the key, which is not a small amount and nothing was said about it, considering that my room was fully paid for and no additional payments were mentioned anywhere! I had booked the most expensive room with a balcony, but there was a sign on the balcony door, do not open... what do you mean, why am I booking such a room??? The front door is a separate story, in the photo you can see my lock, which broke completely when I entered the room, so I couldn't even leave the room! A girl came to my messages half an hour later, did something there for the same amount of time and after connecting the contacts, the door began to open from the inside! Having promised that they would fix it tomorrow, of course no one did anything! The bed is held up by a paint bucket, the room does not correspond at all to what is shown in the photos! Everything is broken and needs repair! The view from the balcony between the rooms is of course excellent! I do not recommend checking in!

The location is convenient, in the center, 3 minutes to the metro, 5 minutes to the tram, many cafes and shopping outlets nearby, not noisy, capsule rooms, a little unusual but interesting, the capsule has light, internet, air conditioning, comfortable mattresses, linen change, shared showers and toilets, shampoos, ear cleaners, toothbrushes, everything is there, not cramped when full, plastic capsules, there is a safe in each capsule, 3 gadget chargers, it is comfortable to sleep, everything is locked, on magnets, easy to find, a little complicated registration, through the machine, but funny, then you get a check with the capsule number, and a password and personal number, a little more interesting than in Chiang Mansin, quieter without Indians, I recommend trying
