衞生:整體酒店老舊，充滿歲月的臟痕跡，毛巾都不是純白的了
環境:老舊，各方面像是20年前的酒店，也不更新，由於寒冷沒開空調，牆壁上濕出水珠，放的新毛巾都濕了。其實位置有點像兩不沾地帶，距離沙田和沙田圍説遠也不遠，但走起來得三四個紅綠燈。
服務:1.人多，checkin台工作人員少，工作人員辦事慢慢吞吞心不在焉，雖然年輕人但如同招待所大叔大媽；
2.排隊欄處常被一幫住客佔用，站那兒閑聊，也沒工作人管，以為排隊處已不實際使用。結果下次去了工作人員又要求排隊，回頭一看排隊處還是被佔用。
3.第一天回來發現房卡刷不進去，又下前台一問説因為房間有蟲子換一間，就不能打電話或者留紙條説一聲嗎跑上去又跑下來。結果辦理地工作人員忘給新房間的房卡刷訊息了，又跑下來刷一遍。
設施:冬天不給暖風，冷不敢開空調，被子裏又冷又濕，床頭沒插座，唯一一個插座在電視後面，床頭朝鏡子，毛巾小，老舊。
優點:便宜，比周邊同檔次至少便宜一半。

房間偏小有點舊，但價格合適！辦入住時稍長，人太多，離地鐵有點遠！下次還會再訂購？還沒時間享用過其他設施，沒有評論！

環境：離地鐵沙田一站地，酒店外環境非常好，河邊景色很美，離巴士車站很近，去哪兒都很方便。
服務：很周到，甚至免費升了房間。

房間設施比較舊，但是位置好，門口就是巴士站，搭車好方便。浴缸得一半有屏障，冲涼時水會飛到外圍，設計有待改善，床頭沒有叉電插蘇，不方便
