維港景觀房，視野非常寬闊，對面就是k11，樓下就是商業街。建議大家提前訂這個酒店啊，旺季很難搶。服務也到位，記得留一點小費噢！會有驚喜

第一天入住就等了很久，以前住瑰麗辦理入住5分鐘，這裏30分鐘都沒好！看到我們大陸的和老外，完全兩個表情，看到外國人可以呢麼高興嗎？房間小就算了3000的房間和隔壁還有個門
環境：真的第一次住酒店，可以連隔壁電視聲音都一清二楚的，第一天投訴，説好給我安排換房間，沒有人聯繫，我以為第二天隔壁不住人了，結果人家10點回房間了…酒店還是安排了別的客户在隔壁，孩子每天晚上被隔壁房間叫醒！基本要等對方睡覺了我們才可以睡覺，把我氣死了😡
我衹能無奈投訴到攜程，全程都是攜程在道歉給我補償，酒店表示下次過來給我升級！都這樣的體驗了誰還會去呢？？就一句抱歉就結束了，這家酒店對睡覺有要求的，慎選！水壺也很臟…

房間雖然重新裝修過，但是設施簡陋，國內三星水平，下水道有異味，海景房的海景都被前面的k11擋大半。
客房服務的晚餐異常難吃，送的600元餐券很雞肋。
位置很好，服務也不錯，出行算方便。
