I personally think it is very clean and good.
You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
There are many supermarkets and places to eat downstairs.
It is very close to Kennedy Town MTR.
There is a Xinxing Restaurant nearby but it is under renovation.
I had the Satisfied Congee and it was OK.
