I went to Hong Kong with my mom and baby during Christmas. The location was a little hard to find, but the price was low compared to other options. The hostess was very nice. The three of us were upgraded to a quadruple room for free, and she also gave me a bottle of mineral water for my baby to make milk. Thank you very much!

I was not expecting too much, but the hotel fell short of expectations. The absence of a reception desk and the language barrier with the contact number added to the initial frustration. I got my card on the 20th floor and checked in on the 12th floor. The front desk was on the 14th floor. There were different elevators on the 3 floors. One elevator could not go directly to the first floor. I had to change the elevator again. The name of the hotel I actually stayed in was different from the one I booked. The room looked like the hotel in front of the station 20 years ago. Even if it was cheap, it couldn't be done this way.
