Hello, I stayed one night at this hotel when I returned from China to catch a flight in Hong Kong back to South America. I was extremely sad, upset and angry, and I even want to resolve this situation with this hotel because some employee of this hotel simply entered the room and took an amount equivalent to 2,500 DHK, in bills of various denominations in reais, US dollars, euros, guaranis, Roman leu and molded leu, which were in my wallet inside my suitcase. This happened when I had gone out to dinner that night at a place near the hotel. I discovered the missing money in my wallet as soon as I arrived in Brazil. In short, I always left my wallet in a compartment of one of my backpacks that has a padlock, but on this particular day I had forgotten and left it in a compartment at the back of the backpack that does not have a padlock. However, this is not a reason for theft in a hotel room. It is very revolting and sad because a person pays for a hotel service and is simply robbed by employees or staff of the hotel itself!! I would like the Trip app to help me reverse this situation and punish this hotel for this so that they return my money and so that they do not do the same to other guests.
