The room service staff were very polite and greeted everyone they met. It is very close to the gate of the North and South Spring. If you walk there, there is a hot water bottle in the room. I found out later when I saw many Russian customers in the hotel returning from the scenic spot with water bottles and after visiting the scenic spot. There are too many Russians in the hotel. There was nothing to eat in the hotel, so I ate a lot at a fish and tofu shop nearby.
