"Parking at the hotel is a bit of a hassle, but the young man with glasses and the pretty young woman at the front desk kindly reserved a parking space for me, which was very kind of them. The room was very clean and tidy, but because there were quite a few people in Oros, the pillows smelled of hair oil; that could be improved."

"I booked a hotel in a hurry on the way from Mohe to Heihe. It is next to the bustling pedestrian street and the morning market, and is upstairs from the Amur Western Restaurant. Although the Western restaurant is authentic, the room is not that good! The tiles on the walking stairs are falling off, the room has no air conditioning and only a fan. It is over 30 degrees Celsius during the day and very stuffy at night. The family couldn't sleep and got up at three o'clock to visit the riverside and morning market. It was very different from the Home Inn where I stayed the second night, but there was no difference in price. I didn’t take any photos because I was in a bad mood, so I took two photos of the river view during the day."

"The hotel's cleanliness and overall environment are excellent. The clean rooms, tidy public areas, thoughtfully decorated rooms, and rich and varied breakfast offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. The professional and friendly service team is quick and attentive to guests, providing prompt and thoughtful responses to check-in, directions, and daily needs. As a frequent business traveler, I've experienced convenient and efficient travel. Although a bit out of the city center, the hotel is conveniently located for transportation and easy access, especially with its own parking lot, making it a reassuring and convenient place for those traveling by car. The city's Public Security Bureau is across the street from the hotel, giving me a strong sense of security. A highly recommended place!"

"Номер небольшой, чистый, очень тихо, белоснежное бельё, полотенца, есть тапочки, гигиенические принадлежности. номера не прокуренные. Для меня это самое важное.! Отзывчивый персонал, правда, по-русски не говорят, но общаются через переводчик. Предоставили переходник так, как в номере европейских розеток нет. Расположение прекрасное, рядом хуафу, сразу за углом , набережная. Обязательно в следующий раз остановлюсь именно здесь большое спасибо, рекомендую всем.!"

"Although there weren't any family rooms, the two beds were plenty of room. The service was excellent. The hostess was very accommodating and offered to help with our luggage. She greeted us whenever we came and went. The location is great. There's a night market downstairs, but we didn't go to the morning market because it was raining. We can walk to Lena Restaurant and the riverfront. The facilities are very user-friendly. The only downside is that they don't have their own parking lot; we have to find a spot on the street next door."

"I chose the Lily Hotel based on its affordable price, good ratings, and the fact that each room had a private bathroom (some hotels even have one toilet shared across the entire floor, and showers shared between two floors, which is very inconvenient). Based on these criteria, plus the need for Wi-Fi, I ultimately chose the Lily Hotel. The reviews there were initially quite good, but unfortunately, my room experience was not good. First, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, which could be a big problem for guests with a lot of luggage. My room was the last one, right at the bottom of the stairs, so I had to constantly remind myself to be careful not to fall down the stairs, which I found very annoying. Second, a major drawback is that at 163cm tall, I can easily touch the ceiling. If guests are taller, this room would definitely not be suitable. It felt like it used to be a storage room that was later converted into a guest room. Yes, there was no TV in the room, which might be a drawback for some. But for me, the downside was that smoking was allowed in the room, and there was a non-nicotine odor. The windowsill was tiled, making the room very cold. Fortunately, there was a light, warm blanket at night, which made it a little more comfortable. When I opened the bathroom door, I was afraid to shower, worried that water would splash onto the water heater's wiring and cause a short circuit. However, after a closer look, I realized the water shouldn't have reached there, so it wasn't a problem. But the bathroom had a strong sewer smell as soon as I opened the door. It wasn't until the last day that I suddenly decided to check under the sink, and what I saw was utterly unsettling. I'm not a plumber, but I know it shouldn't be like this. I never expected it. There wasn't even a single cup in the room. Cleaning was only done once before check-in. A bottle of water was left before check-in. There was only enough toothpaste for one use, but thankfully a comb was provided. Before checking out, I typed the information into a translation app and went to the front desk to ask how to get a taxi more conveniently: whether to book through the Alipay app or to find a car at the mall entrance and negotiate the price. But the receptionist, through the translator, told me they could only call a taxi by phone. Later, while crossing the border, I successfully booked a taxi through the Alipay app and was able to cancel the order. This was very unpleasant; the receptionist had given me incorrect information. Что очень не удобно). выбор пал на гостиницу Лилия. не свезло с данным номером. Во-первых, в гостинице нет лифта, это может быть большим минусом для тех, кто с большим багажом, но мой номер был последним и располагался прямиком на лестнице, выходя из номера, всегда следует напоминать себе о том, чтобы не упасть с лестницы, что очень не понравилось мне. Во-вторых, большой минус из-за того, что я со своим ростом 163 см могла дотянуться прям до потолка своими руками. Ощущение, что ранее это было подсобное помещение из него сделали номер. меня минус в том, что в номере можно курить и в нем пахло некотином. Подоконник сделан из плитки из-за чего в номере холодно. Благо легкое и теплое одеяло меня спасало ночью. Открывая ванную комнату, боялась мыться, если вдруг намочу контакты бойлера и произойдет короткое замыкание. явно не попадет. Но минус в этой ванной комнате было то, что открывая ее пахло канализацией. день меня что-то сподвигло посмотреть под раковину и увидела тихий ужас. Я не сантехник, нод понимаю что так быть не должно. такого не додумалась бы. Нет кружек в номере хотя бы одной. воды оставили перед заселением. было то, что была расчестка для волос. о том, как лучше уехать на такси, заказать через приложение на Alipay или лучше подойти к торговому центру и договориться с ним. Но девушка через переводчик сообщила мне, что у них только по звонку заказывают такси. в таможне, я через приложение Alipay смогла вызвать такси и сделать отмену. Это неприятно. Девушка на ресепшене меня дезоинформировала."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest."

"I am particularly satisfied with this hotel. I didn't expect the hotel in Heihe to be so comfortable. Environment: The location is first-class, close to the scenic spots and the river, and very convenient for travel. Hygiene: Very clean, complete facilities, comfortable bedding. Service: Very good and enthusiastic! Everyone was so polite and really sweet. Disadvantages: 1. Parking space is a bit tight, but if you communicate well with the front desk, they will coordinate it properly. 2. There are only two washing machines, and there is no app to check the status of the washing machines. It is a bit tiring to run back and forth to check every time. The picture shows the night market viewed from the room and the restored road during the day. In Heihe, it was fun to visit the night market at night. It was right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The best Russian food is just 8 minutes walk away. Very worry-free."

"The room was clean as new, the bedding was soft enough to lie down and didn't want to get up, and the street view could be seen outside the window. The feeling of being awakened by the sun in the morning was too healing. The breakfast porridge and freshly made pancakes were super appetizing, and even the mother who controlled the details praised ”more comfortable than home.” I will definitely choose this one next time!"
