Good hotel for staying a few nights. Service level is good, just ask for whatever you need. Room is quite warm and big. Two free water bottles in the bathroom, the rest in the room is paid. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given. Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. ”Hot Springs” cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm.

The room is nice and big. It feels good when you enter the room. The toilet is smart and the curtains are automatic! The hair dryer I used in the morning was unexpectedly Philips. The breakfast was also good and rich! The reception at the front desk was also very good. I was not familiar with Heihe, but they basically answered all my questions! In short, it feels good. But fortunately, there are instructions and tips, the experience is still very good. Overall, the comfort and service levels of the room were excellent and it remains one of my preferred hotels for future travel.

I stayed here in transit with my teenage daughter, we liked everything, the room is small, just right for a night's stay and a rest, the room is clean, has everything you need, slippers, free water, all toiletries, a hairdryer, the staff is friendly, Huafu and KFC are within walking distance, in the morning at the reception they helped us call a taxi to the airport. We will stop here on the way back.

Last night I came back from Russia and lived here. The front desk and all the service staff will smile and say hello. I feel very kind and beautiful. I slept until noon. I didn’t open the air conditioner at night. The air was fresh and cool. I like this small border town and decided to live for another day. Because I have the habit of drinking tea, I bought two large buckets of water in the small supermarket downstairs last night. I went out to eat at noon and told the waiter to simply clean up the garbage and put the spare parts. I came back in the afternoon and found that there were 6 bottles of water in the room.
