Every time I go to Harbin Grand Theatre for a show, I stay here overnight. It's incredibly convenient – you just exit the subway and enter the hotel, so you don't have to worry about rain. This time, I brought my parents to see 'Journey to the West: The Monkey King and the White Bone Demon' and we stayed for two nights, making a short trip out of it. My parents were very satisfied too.

This hotel has a beautiful overall environment, and my stay was fantastic. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, especially the front desk, who responded promptly to all requests. They offered polite greetings, and the concierge service was warm and welcoming, treating guests like close friends and family. I never felt any disconnect throughout my stay. Their professionalism and efficiency, along with attention to detail in all aspects, made for an absolutely perfect travel and accommodation experience. I truly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The room was clean and spacious, with excellent natural light and an amazing view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with stable hot water. Overall, the environment was warm and cozy, offering incredible value for money. My stay was perfect, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel experience exceeded my expectations! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the subway station and commercial areas, making it easy to get around and find food. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing. The staff provided smiling service throughout, check-in and check-out were efficient, and the breakfast selection was rich. The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The location of the homestay is in Harbin New District, also Songbei District, very close to Sun Island, Ice and Snow World, and the Grand Theater, especially very close to Sunac Paradise, which is the bustling location of Songbei District. The temperature in Harbin is very good, the summer resort, and the surrounding environment is very good. The room facilities are very new, very warm, and very hygienic. Special thanks to the boss, the service is warm and thoughtful, very good travel experience, will come next time

The hotel front desk service was excellent; they even prepared a small gift for us when we checked out. The overall style of the hotel is very warm with cozy colors, and the room was clean and tidy. It was a very comfortable stay. Plus, there's a robot downstairs that delivers items, which is super convenient.

it locate far from metro but easy to find Didi. room is very clean and also provide free porridge, laundry room. whic is great for long trip. it cost also very reasonable.  heat water is super super fast, i mean it hot within 2 sec!!!! trust me!. however for my lack of experience, i try to make my room have some cool air (26 degree) but it seem cant and i dont know how to adjust it 😅 so my night is quite hot. but most experience is great

Exceeded expectations, highly recommended! Next time I come to Harbin, I'll definitely stay for more nights. Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip. The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough. Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel? Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘
