Hotels in Ice and Snow World/The Sun Island, Harbin

It is very close to Sunac Mall. Overall it is OK, but there are some flaws. For example, the shower sprays water in bursts. I don't know if there is a problem with the water tank or the water supply. When the child was taking a shower, a lot of black water was sprayed out, and the floor towel was black. I forgot to take pictures. Another problem is that the hotel did not answer the phone in time. I called the hotel front desk when I had something outside. No one answered the phone within an hour. As a hotel, it shouldn't be like this,

The room is so big! The price/performance ratio is really high! There are snacks and restaurants downstairs, and the front desk is very nice. If you have any questions, you can just call and solve them! Would love to come again!

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

Executive treatment includes soft drinks and snacks all day, breakfast and dinner, which is very suitable for bringing children. After staying for a few days, the three girls at the front desk were very good and enthusiastic. Jia Lin, Shen Qi, and Yin Qi are proficient in their business and have perfect adaptability. When the child was scared and cried, they immediately took out small stickers to comfort him. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the hygiene is quite clean. The scenery inside the house is super beautiful.

We had the most amazing stay in the Deluxe suite in this hotel✨️ From check-in, the staff were welcoming and very efficient in getting us settled. And all our interactions with them were pleasant. Our room was clean, warm and very lit. ​There were complimentary fruits, fruit drinks and soda. We also had access to a coffee machine in our room. ​The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even lotion which smelled so good, much like vetiver. ​There was an air purifier and a humidifier to help with the dry air. The breakfast was really good and I appreciated being able to do 'take-away'. I also liked seeing that the take away option was widely available and much supported by the hotel's preparation of boxes and bowls so that there wouldn't be food wastage or recycling. We were able to do our laundry (wash and somewhat dry) by ourselves. The location of the hotel was easily accessible by car and Sunac Land is 3 minutes away. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.😊

Staff were as friendly & helpful as one would expect at an Atour - even when working over Spring Festival. A major reason I often choose this brand. I had an issue with heating in my room on the first night, but was moved to another as soon as I mentioned it. Once in my 2nd room, heating was no issue. Especially appreciated when it was -32c outside. There isn't a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the metro station is nearby and Snow & Ice World easily accessible from there. There's also a few shops & restaurants nearby, which is handy.

This is a hotel recommended by my relatives in Harbin. The price is not cheap, not only does it not have breakfast, but it doesn't even provide tea, which is a bit unreasonable. The air conditioning in the room does not work. I drove to the hotel at night, and the navigation could not lead me to the hotel entrance. I stopped and turned the car and asked several drivers, but none of them could tell me how to get there. Finally, the security guard of a hotel on the main road pointed out the direction and drove into the small road to the hotel. They have their own parking lot, which is convenient for parking. After checking in, I found that there was a striking neon sign on the top of the building facing the avenue.

The room is relatively large, spacious, and hygienic. The toilet did not fill up at first, but the staff handled it promptly. The front desk service needs to be improved. It is very close to the Ice and Snow World and not far from the Siberian Tiger Park. It is convenient. The breakfast is average.

It's very good. The room is clean and the toilet is big. The overall review is very good. I recommend staying here. It's quite comfortable to live by yourself.
