I spent my birthday night here. Check-in at the bar counter while enjoying champagne. From that moment on, free flow began, and I enjoyed as many cocktails and whiskeys on the menu as I wanted. Even after returning to your room, you can enjoy free alcohol and snacks in the refrigerator. The view from the counter and the large communal bath was pleasant because the scenery was far away. At brunch the next morning, I was tired from drinking, so I only had a glass of champagne, but the main dish galette and buffet were beautiful and delicious, and I had a pleasant time watching the scenery different from the night view. I had a late lunch in Odawara at 18:00 when I checked in, so I only had a light meal at night, but the brunch was substantial, so I wasn't disappointed. I would like to have snacks when I drink in my room, and I think this system is just right for alcohol lovers. Not only alcohol, but also the hot spring bath was good. You can take a break on the deck next to the open-air bath, and there is also a dry sauna. It has become an inn where I sometimes want to go for a drink.

Lake Ashi
We stayed at the Hakone Hotel as part of a tour group. We had a spacious twin room with a view over the garden and part of Lake Ashi. The room spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. We had a comfortable chair and a comfortable 2 seater couch as well as comfortable beds. In the morning we had a beautiful clear view of Mt Fuji from the grounds of the hotel. We had a delicious included dinner at the hotel as well as a good buffet breakfast. There was a capsule coffee/tea maker in the room that I tried with Earl Grey Tea which was a bit strong for my taste.

We are part of TOTO Japan Indonesia tour and had a late night check-in from Narita. Upon arrival we are greeted and helped by the front staff with all Japanese hospitality. Our room are located on the first floor which is the same level as the onsen. All of the rooms are a bit distant away from the main lobby, therefore you'll need a bit of walking in between areas. Our room are Ryoken style with tatami floor mattresses which is quite comfortable. In room heating are quite warm however the bathroom and showers are not, no heating so during winter will be quite chilly. Wifi internet is quite bad, very slow and drops alot. Our room have an astonishing views towards the lake and mountains, and surrounded by golf course to the side of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are all served with Japanese style breakfast, very yummy and free coffee too. Dining staff are very well mannered and diligently taught our daughter the tastiest way to eat some of the traditional meal. We stayed for 2 nights and so We begin our Japan tour in the best way a Japanese accomodation & hospitality can offer. Thank you & definitely recommended accomodation...

The independent hot spring in the room is very pleasant. It is hidden in a bamboo forest. I also recommend the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. If you stay, be sure to include double meals. The dishes will be changed according to the check-in date.

The soundproofing effect of this hotel is very good and the room was very quiet, which allowed me to have a good rest. The service attitude of the hotel staff was very good, warm and thoughtful, and made me feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is also very good, with convenient transportation and many attractions and restaurants nearby. All in all, I like this hotel very much and highly recommend it!
